Seventh Rd. in Irrigon. -MCSO Deputy completed area checks of the Board- man airport, Threemile Campground and Estate Loop/Columbia Lane. -MCSO received report of a silver, electric pickup with unknown plats that is driving aggressively, speeding and tailgating on I-84 West in Boardman. MCSO was out of position. -MCSO received report from a subject in Irrigon who said that one of his neighbor’s horses died the previous night at the corner of Seventh and Magic Gar- den. The caller said that it was an ongoing issue that the neighbor’s horses were not being taken care of and the horses’ ribs showing. MCSO responded and de- termined that the horses at the location appeared to be healthy. -MCSO received report of a male in a blue Prius who was taking packages from around the fence line at the Irrigon recycling depot. Special guest to speak at chamber The Heppner Chamber of Commerce will hold an all-entities luncheon Thursday, Nov. 3, from noon to 1 p.m. at the Gil- liam & Bisbee event center. Joining the chamber as guest speaker will be the Executive Director of the Northwest Region in the Congressional and Public Affairs Division at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Chris Eyler. Lunch will be provided by Happy Pappy’s Cater- ing. Cost is $12 per person. RSVPs were required by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1. FBLA selling Thanksgiving pies Heppner Future Busi- ness Leaders of America (FBLA) will once again be making and selling frozen, homemade pies for Thanks- giving. All orders are due by Friday, Nov. 10. The pies available are lemon ice box, pumpkin, pecan, apple, cherry, mixed berry, peach and Oreo. All pies will be $22 except for the Oreo, which will be $15. MCSO responded, but was unable to locate the dog. -MCSO received report of a medium-sized, mixed- breed shaggy dog hiding under his camper on Wil- son Lane in Boardman. MCSO responded and the dog was transported to Pet Rescue. -MCSO received report of a friendly female dog, a yellow Lab mix with a pink and yellow collar, that wouldn’t leave the caller’s side. -MCSO received a request for extra patrol for people breaking into the caller’s shop and taking things in Irrigon. -MCSO received report of a disturbance by the river near the pumps on Wash- ington Lane in Irrigon. The caller reported hearing lots of yelling. MCSO warned Russell Whitbeck for tres- passing and offensive lit- tering. -MCSO received report of a red and white cow on the interstate by Ruggs. -MCSO received report of a dark blue Dodge pickup with Texas plates, swerv- ing, crossing the line, driving at random speeds and “even driving in both lanes.” MCSO and Board- man Police responded, but the vehicle was out of po- sition. -MCSO received report from a subject in Irrigon that the neighbors have their TV or music playing too loud. The caller did not want contact, just want- ed then to turn it down so she “can finally get some sleep.” She said it was an ongoing issue and wanted the neighbors to be ad- dressed. The report was determined to be unfound- ed. -MCSO received report from a female at Pine Hol- low, who advised that her boyfriend left her there and took her vehicle. She said she was from Gresham and did not know where she was. She was transferred to Wasco County. -MCSO Deputy reported he was on a vehicle check at the Morrow County Fairgrounds. MCSO responded. -MCSO received report of a brown and white wire- haired dog missing on Linden Way in Heppner. MCSO located the dog and returned it to its owner. -MCSO received report of a blue cattle dog/German shepherd with a neon green collar found at Hager Park in Heppner. The dog was taken to Pet Rescue. -MCSO received request for a cat trap on N.W. Wa- ter St. in Heppner. -MCSO received anoth- er request for extra patrol for people breaking into a shop and taking items on Depot Lane in Irrigon. -MCSO received report of a disturbance on ‘B’ St. in Ione. The subject reported that a male who had gone to visit the elderly male at the residence was threatening her and calling her names. The parties separated and it was determined that no crime was committed, and it was verbal only. -MCSO received a request for a welfare check on a subject at Wagon Wheel Loop in Irrigon. The caller said the father was really sick and not answering his phone and no one was able to contact him. The closest family member was in Se- attle and was on the way, but it would take around five hours. A male was taken to Good Shepherd Hospital in Hermiston. -MCSO received report of suspicious activity on I-84 in Boardman. A subject was refusing to pull over. He also reported that a male was thinking of killing himself, but peo- ple were telling him not to. MCSO was out of position and the report was referred to Oregon State Police. -MCSO received report of a male that went into the Ione Market and got into a verbal altercation. The caller said the male pulled a knife out when the call- er told him to leave. The male, with a plaid shirt, grey hair in a pony tail and missing teeth, was report- ed to be walking, possibly toward the trailer park. MCSO responded, but was unable to locate the sub- ject. -MCSO received a report of a subject on the call- er’s property trying to cut down some tumbleweeds.
