RP w/ City of Ione advised that she has a deceased cat that looks like it has been attacked by a dog. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, in Board- man. RP is advising of a hay bale that fell off of a semi b/w I82 and exit 177 I 84 W. on the center lines. ***OSP advised. -MCSO received a re- port at Baltimore Apart- ments on Nw Baltimore St., in Heppner. RP is advising that his neighbor left a cat with him, and he can’t take care of it anymore. RP is ad- vising that his neighbor is, and the cat has scratched his leg and now he has to go to ER. *Owners have the cat. -MCSO received a re- port on Columbia Ln, in Irrigon. Structure fire -MCSO received a re- port of harassment at Bull Prairie Campground. Depu- ties enroute to a disturbance at this location -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, in Board- man. Male showed the fire- arm at a female who was passing him male is in a 200 I Honda accord **OSP made contact with the male. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, in Board- man. U-Haul rental truck the passenger is throwing matches out of the window. The matches are lit up. July 17: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report at Mountain Glen Apartments 17-24 on Ne Pioneer Dr., in Heppner. Subject is trying to break into her house **Under Investigation. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 W, in Board- man. Large plastic on the roadway. -MCSO received a re- port on Nw Baltimore St, in Heppner. Dog barking for 2 days continuously, the dogs are at a yellow house right across the street. -MCSO received a re- port at Farmland Reserves, Inc on Pole Line Rd., in Boardman. Susp. vehicle trespassing, headed toward the interstate. It was an older dark colored car, and the other vehicle was a 10 wheeler with a dump bed or scrap bed, the bin was red. Unable to locate. July 18: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on Kunze Ln, in Boardman. Caller is advising someone has sto- len their side by side -MCSO received a re- port at Paterson Ferry Rd/Rr Tracks, in Irrigon. Patterson Ferry, arms are down, and lights are flashing, no train at the train crossing. -MCSO received a report at Morrow Coun- ty Fairgrounds on High- way 74 Lena, in Heppner. Two horses out in the fair grounds. -MCSO received a re- port on W Main St, in Lex- ington. Caller advised that there are several motorcy- cle bikers across the street at the gas station. Caller states she just wants us to be aware. -MCSO received a re- port at Knights Inn/ Vil- lage Restaurant on I ST St Nw., in Boardman. Caller is advising that a male just walked into this location and slapped him. ***Gar- za, Nicolas Landeros was arrested by BPD for Escape III, ASLT IV, Dis con II as well as a P&P Detainer. Lodged at UCJ w/ no bail. -MCSO received a re- port on E Highway 730, in Irrigon. Caller advised there is a motorhome that parked off the parking area in the second wildlife ref- uge parking lot **Corp was advised, they will have someone check on it to- morrow July 19: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report at Pater- son Ferry Rd/Rr Tracks, in Irrigon. Cross is activated and no train around. Union Pacific is aware and will get it fixed ASAP. -MCSO received a re- port at Depot Ln/Wagon Wheel Loop, in Irrigon. Calf outside the fence on Depot in the road, possibly near Wagon Wheel Loop. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Highway 730, Ir- rigon. Deputy advised of a camper/vehicle near the wildlife viewing area- ap- pears it went off the road and then driven into the sagebrush. -MCSO received a re- port on Bell Canyon Loop, in Heppner. Caller advised that there is an indv asleep in their car near her res- idence. Approx. 2 miles down the road towards Lex- ington. Vehicle is a white Dodge Stratus. -MCSO received a re- port at Ne Sixth St/Ne Or- egon Ave, in Irrigon. Caller is advising of a dog that is constantly barking in the area. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port t W Eighth Rd/Wash- ington Ln, in Irrigon. Caller is advising of some loose pigs on the roadway. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Shell Station on E Highway 730., in Irrigon. Caller is advising of people that are staying in a trailer at the back of the Shell station and are yelling at each other. -MCSO received a re- port on Lakeview Ct, in Heppner. Caller is advising that their neighbor’s dogs keep getting out of the yard. This morning an elderly male who was walking his dog was semi cornered by the dogs. Caller advises she went to assist the male and noticed the third was in a driveway and as she was herding the dogs she noticed the third was sitting over a kitten that they had potentially killed. -MCSO received a re- port at Ne Third St/E High- way 730, in Irrigon. Call- er reports that she picked up a 5-year-old walking down the middle of the road ***MCSO responded, returned the child to her mother. Child was dropped off at that location by a bus. -MCSO received a re- port that Bradley, Clif- ford Eugene was arrested by Oregon DOC on IJC Wrt#21-v-023784 for FTA/ DWS Misd x5. Male is cur- rently lodged at the DOC. -MCSO received a re- port at Lexington Airport on Airport Rd., in Lexington. Caller is advising that her plane in Lexington was broken into. Single engine fixed wing, Caller advises a $600 navigation equipment was taken from it, at this point that is all that she sees. Caller is advising that she flew the plane back to Union Co. -MCSO received a report on W Main St, in Lexington. Caller is ad- vising that her neighbor is harassing her via phone and in person and this weekend the male gave her daughter (11) a dress and she wants options on how to go about having him not contact her or her family. -MCSO received a re- port at Se Utah Ave/Se Tenth St, in Irrigon. 2d blue car might be a Mitsubishi it had loud music when it was going down the road. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Pioneer Memorial Hospital on Ne Pioneer Dr., in Heppner. Caller is advising that subject just left PMH and is current- ly wandering around and looking into vehicles. Un- able to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Threemile Can- yon Farms (Office) on Threemile Rd., in Board- man. Three mile headed toward the interstate. Caller believes he is behind a ve- hicle that just stole some of his property **Price, Maria; Price, Jonathan were arrested by MCSO for Theft II and Criminal Trespass II $6,000 bail lodged at UCJ. **Per- rin, Lawrence A was arrest- ed by MCSO for Theft II, Criminal Trespass II and Att Elude/Vehicle (Felony) $16,000 bail lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a report at Crow Butte on Columbia River Cm., in Boardman. 911- Male subject advised that they were fishing and are now stranded, got caught by the wind. They are behind Crow Butte Park, back side of the island. Washington side, behind the park. Call- er was transferred over to Benton County for Marine call. MCSO advised in case we get called for an assist. July 20: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report at N First St/ Columbia River, in Irrigon. Caller advised that there is a male subject sleeping in a white Cadillac SUV. Caller believes they may have slept there all night. No plates given. black on black rims -MCSO received a re- port at Knapp St/Se Tenth St, in Irrigon. White VW bug going down towards Knapp on Tenth with very loud music, just occurred. -MCSO received a re- port on Se Ninth St, in Irri- Community gon. Caller is advising one house N of this residence the neighbor is playing ex- tremely loud music. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Morrow County Ohv Park on Forest Service 21 Rd., in Heppner. On Wilson Prairie along the creek there is a deceased red cow -MCSO received a re- port on Se Court St, in Heppner. Caller is advising of cat that needs to be put down in the roadway at this location. July 21: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report at Sinclair Station on W Main St., in Lexington. Would like to have a male subject tres- passed from the store - Call- er advised that he is getting very verbally aggressive to workers. -MCSO received a re- port on Highway 207 Echo, in Lexington. Caller is ad- vising of a Bluish Honda Van unable to maintain In and is speeding. **MCSO located and followed ve- hicle. Vehicle followed all traffic laws. -MCSO received a re- port on E 2ND St, in Ione. OSP trooper requesting an MCSO deputy respond and assist in speaking w/ a juve- nile who is riding an illegal minibike with no helmet. ***MCSO responded and spoke with the juvenile, per trooper’s request. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, in Board- man. Caller is advising that a rock was thrown by a Ford P/U, threw a rock and damaged his windshield. Caller is advising he got alongside the driver and waited for him to tum off and the male kept talking on his cell phone and left. -MCSO received a re- port on Emert Rd, in lone.
