Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, September 8, 2021 -- SEVEN Sheriff’s Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information: July 11: Morrow Coun- ty Sheriff’s Office received a report on I 84 E, in Board- man. Dickie, Stephanie Nicole was arrested by OSP for DUII, Reckless driving, and reckless endangering x2 and was lodged at UCJ on a bail $20,000 -MCSO received a report n Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. Caller is advising that he just returns to his residence, and someone has gone into his shop, door and gate are open. Caller is ad- vising that he has been gone from his res since 0230. -MCSO received a re- port on Highway 207, in Heppner. Caller advises that screen was pried off the window. Window and door both open and bunch of items missing from the house. Caller states they have been out of town for a couple days and just got back today. -MCSO received a re- port on Highway 730, in Irrigon. White Jeep Liberty WB on HWY 730. WF A Dark blonde heavy-set female. Male passenger and child in the back of the vehicle put his hand out the window and gave a hand signal for being a kidnapped child. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store on Tow- er Rd., in Boardman. Carls Jr there are 2 individuals causing issues. one pulled a gun out of the semi-truck and is ATL the male who took the picture of his GF. **no crime was committed, no gun, UTL the other male who took the picture -MCSO received a re- port on Park Ave Nw, in Boardman. Caller advised her neighbors are blasting music -MCSO received a re- port at Treddit Tire, Lewis & Clark Dr, Boardman. East of this location with a sedan and someone out with a flashlight. July 12: Morrow Coun- ty Sheriff’s Office received a report on Ne Court St, in Heppner. Rp reports that subject was going through a backpack in the back yard of this residence and the shed door was open. Call- er doesn’t believe subject lives there and shouldn’t be there. -MCSO received a re- port at Heppner City Hall on N Main St., in Hep- pner. City manager asked to speak to a deputy regard- ing a dog complaint Cita- tion was issued to Lynch, Michael Dean for Dog at Large, -MCSO received a re- port on Wb 184, in. White semi-truck/trailer unable to maintain lane. -MCSO received a re- port on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. 2 door gray car just went speeding down Utah towards Tenth, male driver with a passenger. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report at S Main St/Sw Heppner-Spray Hwy, in Heppner. Female juvenile with gray leggings and a blanket walking down the middle of the road. -MCSO received a re- port on Highway 207, in Heppner. Vehicle was fol- lowing the Caller closely it turned onto the listed address. red older beat-up pickup. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Bombing Range Rd/ Highway 730, Boardman. Semi driver was lost he is backing up to get onto 84. -MCSO received a re- port on Se Cannon St, in Heppner. Caller would like a deputy to contact her daughter and tell her she cannot go to her mother’s house because she is not welcome there -MCSO received a re- port on S First St, in Irrigon. Someone broke the box that covers her well -MCSO received a re- port on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. Caller would like contact from a deputy in regard to her son that was just bitten by the neigh- bor’s dog. Caller declined medical, would like the dog owners talked to about keeping their dog in their yard. -MCSO received a re- port on Sky View Dr, in Boardman. There is a male on the south side of his property, Caller does not know what is going on. ***Torres, Rafael L was arrested by MCSO for Dis- orderly Conduct II lodged at UCJ bail: $2,500 July 13: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report on Sw Heppner Spray Hwy, in Heppner. Caller wanted to call and advise that a female is selling drugs out of the residence to a male sub- ject out of Portland. Caller advised that he wished to remain anon. Caller called back and advised that the male subject he believes has a criminal history. -MCSO received a re- port on Ne Quaid St, in Heppner. Caller advised that there was a female that appeared to be intoxicated that was walking around the neighborhood. Caller advised this female is thin, maybe 5’4 ish, and has a blanket and no shoes -MCSO received a re- port at Sinclair Station on W Main St., in Lexington. Found a debit card near the gas station. It’s from Banner Bank. Caller would like phone contact to have it picked up -MCSO received a re- port on Se Utah Ave, in Irrigon. Evans, Johnny Lee has several warrants out of WA, and they would like a warrant service attempt made. -MCSO received a re- port at United States Post Office on N Main St., in Heppner. Caller reports that there is a silver Dodge dual- ly that is blocking the way to get to the back of the post office. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port Fritz, Thomas Wayne was arrested on UCSO warrant for PY/Assault IV, Strangulation, Menacing, no bail. -MCSO received a re- port on Se Ninth St, in Irrigon. 2 lot to the north of Caller - Loud music from a vehicle for the past 30 min- utes ***MCSO responded, music has stopped* -MCSO received a re- port on Ne Court St, in Heppner. Caller advised his half-brother was at his house, he asked him to leave, but he left on foot, leaving his Jetta there. He left on foot towards the hospital. Caller would like him to remove his Jetta from his property, because it’s blocking his truck in the driveway. ***MCSO was advised, Caller called back and no longer needed contact from a Deputy*** -MCSO received a re- port on Highway 74, in Lexington. Caller advised there are a lot of goats loose on the road. Caller contact- ed the owner and is going to help get the goats back in their pen. -MCSO received a re- port on Linden Way, in Heppner. Caller advised that there was a dark col- ored Jeep Grand Cherokee that was driving all over town at high rate of speed and revving the engine. Caller advised that the ve- hicle has even went up back behind her residence on to the alley, which is gravel. Estimated that he was going about 30 on that road. Caller is unsure who the vehicle belongs to and could only tell that it was dark in color, so unknown exact color. July 15: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report at Highway 730/Paterson Ferry Rd, in Irrigon. Caller advised that there is a white Chevrolet Malibu almost hit another car head on. caller forward- ed on to OSP -MCSO received a re- port at Rhea Creek Rd/ Social Ridge Ln, in Ione. Caller advised he hit a deer and is leaving his vehicle on scene until they can get a tow. The vehicle is 4 to 5 miles south of the intersec- tion of Social Ridge. -MCSO received a re- port on Se Skyline Dr, in Heppner. Caller advises that 2 large dogs are wan- dering around back behind her house by the cemetery. Description of the dogs are a motley brown and a dark brown. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port that Mendoza, Chris- tine Luzette was served IJC warrant, FTA/DUII, bail $2,765 in full. Subject lodged at Coffee Creek Cor- rectional, our hold placed. -MCSO received a re- port at Bombing Range Rd/ Highway 207 Echo, Lex- ington. Deputy was advised by the road department is having issues a maroon color van with Texas plate trying to pass the pilot car -MCSO received a re- port n I 84 W, in Boardman. Yellow box truck that is all over the roadway poten- tially using his cell phone. ***Ismailov, Sedali was given a verbal warning for cell phone use. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, in Board- man. Caller is advising of a Red Kenworth Semi inconsistent speed, holding up traffic and using both lanes. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a report at Homestead Ln/ Bombing Range Rd, in Boardman. PP Work crew supervisor advising of a white Ford F-150 that is pulled over at this location w/ flashers on. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Skate Park on Ne Main Ave., in Irri- gon. Caller advised there is a female across the street from the fire hall at Trevor Fox Memorial Park, who is screaming obscenities at anyone who goes past.. -MCSO received a report that Muniz, Alva- ro Avila was arrested by UCSO on MCCC warrant for Identity Theft, bail of $20,000, to be lodged at UCJ.
