The Project is being fund- ed by the Owner. The project shall be com- pleted within 120 consec- utive calendar days after the written Notice to Pro- ceed from the Owner. The Owner anticipates making the Contract award on or before October 15, 2020, upon reviewing the Bids. The Contractor and sub- contractors shall be li- censed, bonded, and in- sured for doing business in the State of Oregon. The Project will require execu- tion of Performance and Payment Bonds specific to the Project. A Bid Form is included with the Request for Bids documents for the Bidder's use in preparing and sub- mitting their Bid. This is the only Bid Form that will be accepted by the Owner for the Project. RP advised that the vehicle is a white SUV and, on the bumper, it has a sticker that says, “official use only.” Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Pheasant Ct, Board- man that a Hispanic male rang the doorbell and then was walking around the residence. RP has cameras and her husband told her to call 911. Subject was locat- ed and trespassed from the location. -MCSO received a re- port at Driftwood RV Park on W Kunze Ln, Boardman of a male subject waling around the RV park. He tried to open the door of RP’s trailer. Subject was located and advised he was trespassed and not to return. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Division St/NE Main Ave, Irrigon that the MJ’s Labor Associates van has been driving all over Ir- rigon this weekend picking up workers and they speed and never stop at any stop signs. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 207 Echo, Echo that there is an MVA at 19.5 on Hwy 207. Vehi- cle is off the embankment, non-blocking. Advised fire and EMS are not needed. -MCSO received a re- port on Wilson Ln, Board- man that RP has a snake in her shop and would like assistance in removing it.
