MCSO checked and all ve- hicles were legally parked. -MCSO received a re- port on Baja Ct, Boardman that a female cut her arm, possibly hit an artery. RP has attempted to contact the account holder with no response. -MCSO received a re- port on SW Nevada Ave, Irrigon that there has been a cow on his property since Saturday. He was giv- ing a female a ride home last night while she was on the phone making the report and the van showed up at his residence later that evening. Deputy responded and located a stolen vehi- cle. The registered owner responded and retrieved the vehicle. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that there is a male that just went by on a mini dirt bike. RP is reporting that the male driver is too big for the bike that he is driving on a city street. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Utah Ave/SE Brandon St, Irrigon that a Toyota Hybrid is parked in front of the mailbox. She advised she would only be there a minute and it still there. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Elementary School on SE Wyoming Ave, Irrigon that parents have not turned in laptops. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Chase St, Hep- pner that a 62-year-old female has fallen. Assisted. -MCSO received a re- port on Hilltop Rd, Board- man that four Doberman keep going on her grand- mother’s property and kill- ing her plants. -MCSO received a re- port on Hwy 74, Heppner that he was passed by a sil- ver car that almost caused a head-on collision, passed in a no passing zone. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Steagall Rd, Irrigon that RP located a marijuana plant in an irrigation pipe near his potato garden. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Utah Ave/SE Tenth St, Irrigon that a gold Chevy Silverado sped through Utah. He was going about 35 mph. -MCSO received a re- port at Depot Ln/Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon of a shovel in the road. -MCSO received a report on SE Utah Ave, Irrigon of a 52-year-old fe- male with abdominal pain. Transported to GSH. -MCSO received a re- port at Willow Creek Rd, Heppner that a vehicle lost a mattress from the back of the pickup. They got it loaded up and on their way. -MCSO received a re- port on E East St, Lexington that their neighbor is using a rototiller and it is after 10 p.m. and would just like them to stop. -MCSO received a re- port at SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that there is a vehicle parked in his driveway. He doesn’t care that the ambu- lance is next door and it is someone assisting a person in need. They need to move their vehicle now. He is go- ing to continue yelling and causing a scene until they move the vehicle. Vehicle was at location for about 30 sec before it was moved so the ambulance could get out. RP called in twice in regards to that vehicle in that time span. Deputy made contact with Robert in regards to the vehicle per Robert’s request. Made contact with RP’s father, the actual property owner, and he was fine with the vehicle being there since it was an EMT that was there assist- ing with the ambulance.
