man that three rottweilers
are running around the area
and the neighbor is trying to
kick them.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Riverview Mobile Ct
on E Hwy 730, Irrigon that
there is an opossum in her
bathroom and is requesting
assistance. MCSO checked
the bathroom. Unable to
locate any opossums.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Green Acres on
Paterson Ferry Rd, Irrigon
that her boyfriend has been
abusive and will not give
her child to her friend. Sean
Christian Boyd was arrest-
ed by MCSO and lodged at
UCJ with bail of $20,000.
-MCSO received a re-
port that Gordon J Rock
was arrested by Stanfield
PD on MCCC warrant for
failure to report as a sex of-
fender. Subject was lodged
at UCJ with no bail.

Dr. E, Boardman of a do-
mestic disturbance between
two guests, they are sepa-
rated now.

port at Bombing Range Rd,
Lexington of a suspicious
vehicle by the access road
to the wind farms.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Pioneer Memorial
Hospital, NE Pioneer Dr,
Heppner of a male hanging
around outside PMH, call-
ing inside and asking for
female workers to come
meet him outside.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon that a white In-
dependent van blew past
his house at a high rate of
speed. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a light blue SUV is
going about 100 mph.
-MCSO received a re-
port at S First St/SW Utah
Ave, Irrigon that there is a
truck and trailer parked on
the sidewalk, blocking the
sidewalk.
-MCSO received a re-
port on I 84 E, Boardman
that a gray Silverado is all
over the road. Referred to
other agency.
-MCSO received a
report on Columbia Ln,
Irrigon that there is an on-
going issue with a large dog
barking in the area. Deputy
responded. Dogs did not
bark until someone was
near their residence.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Meyers Ln/Baseline
Rd, Heppner that someone
has been putting a padlock
on one of his gates. Today
is the second time they have
noticed it.
-MCSO received a
report at Heppner Shell
Station on N Main St, Hep-
pner that the camera people
called and advised of a theft
that had occurred. Subject
is wearing a red sweatshirt
and camo pants. He is no
longer in the Shell but is
still in the area. Juvenile
notified of lifetime trespass
from the Shell station.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a gold Lexus is
parked halfway in the street.
MCSO checked and all ve-
hicles were legally parked.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Baja Ct, Boardman
that a female cut her arm,
possibly hit an artery. Pa-
tient refusal.
-MCSO received a re-

barking as early as 0515
today and is currently bark-
ing now.

there is a dead cat in the
road. Irrigon Public Works
was advised.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Division St/SE
Utah Ave, Irrigon that a
silver Honda is parked the
wrong way. RP advised that
if we don’t issue a citation,
he will take pictures and
post it online. Deputy re-
sponded and did not locate
any vehicles parked in the
wrong direction.
-MCSO received a
report at Bank of Eastern
Oregon on W Main St,
Ione of check fraud for over
$1,000. RP has attempted to
contact the account holder
with no response.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SW Nevada Ave,
Irrigon that there has been
a cow on his property since
Saturday. Referred to other
agency.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Idaho Ave/SE

RP has been hearing loud
music from a vehicle for the

outside his residence that
may be stolen. He was giv-
ing a female a ride home
last night while she was
on the phone making the
report and the van showed
up at his residence later that
evening. Deputy responded
and located a stolen vehi-
cle. The registered owner
responded and retrieved the
vehicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that there is a male that
just went by on a mini dirt
bike. RP is reporting that
the male driver is too big for
the bike that he is driving
on a city street. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Utah Ave/SE
Brandon St, Irrigon that a
Toyota Hybrid is parked in
front of the mailbox. She
advised she would only be
there a minute and it still
there.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Elementary
School on SE Wyoming
Ave, Irrigon that parents
have not turned in laptops.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Chase St, Hep-
pner that a 62-year-old
female has fallen. Assisted.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hilltop Rd, Board-
man that four Doberman
keep going on her grand-
mother’s property and kill-
ing her plants.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 74, Heppner
that he was passed by a sil-
ver car that almost caused a
head-on collision, passed in
a no passing zone. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Steagall Rd, Irrigon
that RP located a marijuana
plant in an irrigation pipe
near his potato garden.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Utah Ave/SE
Tenth St, Irrigon that a
gold Chevy Silverado sped
through Utah. He was going
about 35 mph.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Depot Ln/Wagon
Wheel Loop, Irrigon of a
shovel in the road.
-MCSO received a
report on SE Utah Ave,
Irrigon of a 52-year-old fe-
male with abdominal pain.
Transported to GSH.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Willow Creek Rd,
Heppner that a vehicle lost
a mattress from the back
of the pickup. They got it
loaded up and on their way.
-MCSO received a re-
port on E East St, Lexington
that their neighbor is using
a rototiller and it is after 10
p.m. and would just like
them to stop.
-MCSO received a re-
port at SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that there is a vehicle
parked in his driveway. He
doesn’t care that the ambu-
lance is next door and it is
someone assisting a person
in need. They need to move
their vehicle now. He is go-
ing to continue yelling and
causing a scene until they
move the vehicle. Vehicle
was at location for about
30 sec before it was moved
so the ambulance could
get out. RP called in twice
in regards to that vehicle
in that time span. Deputy
made contact with Robert
in regards to the vehicle
per Robert’s request. Made
contact with RP’s father, the
actual property owner, and
he was fine with the vehicle
being there since it was an
EMT that was there assist-
ing with the ambulance.
