I am so honored and humbled to have been awarded the “Lifetime Achievement “ award at the Town and Country event. I thank the Heppner Chamber, its awesome members, Gate- way Cafe for a very tasty meal, Joe Lindsay for the entertaining lyrics and last, but certainly not least, all of you that wrote such glowing letters of sup- port. A special thanks to my wonderful son (Robb) and an equally wonderful daughter-in-law (Crissy) that drove all the way from Island City just to be with me during this humbling time. I am still over- whelmed, as I just feel I am doing what anyone else would do in like circum- stances. Nothing worthy of such an honor. I hope you will all take pleasure in knowing that you cost me a good nights sleep. I was so hyped that I was not able to go to sleep until after 5:00 am Friday morn- ing. Again thank you one and all. Leann Rea 2-13-1p From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank the Heppner Chamber of Commerce and those in- dividuals responsible for my selection as "Woman of the Year". Sandy Mat- thews, thank you for your personal heartfelt presen- tation! My whole life has been blessed and touched greatly by a loving family, childhood & adult friends, and the most giving com- munity. I am humbled and honored to accept this award. Growing up my parents were very strict with us five Healy girls! They set an example of an incredible work ethic, and instilled the core values to lead strongly, finish what you start, and to do it right! Thank you Jim Bier, you hired me in 1987 to coach HHS volleyball, when non teachers were not hired. Mr. Don Cole opened the door to jr. high track. Un- til 2007, I had the privi- lege to teach& coach many student athletes, whom I dearly loved. Whether is was 4-H,Wranglers, school, church, Fair &Ro- deo, or community events, I was surrounded by good people. I admired them, not for what they had, but what they gave to Heppner. My teachers & 4-H leaders were the cream of the crop. Mr. Toney you brought my passions with a camera to life. For every commit- tee or project I have been apart of, the successes came from everyone's helping hands. Friends Helping Friends ladies, I love working with you! It's coming soon. Con- gratulations to all Cham- ber award recipients, I was honored to stand with you. And the beef dinner, it was perfect! Special thanks to the good lookin, clean cut HHS servers! I've always loved Heppner, my fam- ily friends, and commu- nity, and I always will... Susan Hisler. 2-13-1c We would like to thank everyone that helped to make this years’ Time Out for Reading a big success! To Mrs. Payne for organizing the high school helpers for our party and to Keegan, Carson, Jace, Gibson, Claire, Nicole and Jaiden for all of your help at our party. Thank you to Mrs. Robinson for keeping us organized and to Mrs. Mitchell, Mrs. Robinson and Barb Coiner for mak- ing our blankets. Thank you to the H.E.S. PTC for your generous donations. This program would not be possible without all of your generosity. Thank you! Mrs. Melissa Coiner, sixth grade Mrs. Chelsea Matheny, fifth grade. 2-13-1c We wish we knew for cer- tain who to thank for blad- ing snow from our side- walk last Saturday. Such a thoughtful assist by the young man we couldn't see clearly and his two young passengers in the ATV! If it was an assignment for a city employee on a Sat- urday, a truly beyond-ex- pectations effort! If it was a private Good-Samaritan citizen having a good time, kudos!! The snow continues to blanket your thoughtful effort, but your thoughtfulness remains fresh in our minds. 2-13-1x Dan & Doris Brosnan PUBLIC NOTICE TS No. OR08000161- 18-1 APN 5427 TO No 180517966-OR-MSO TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE Reference is made to that certain Trust Deed made by, CHARLES A NELSON AND LISA M NELSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE as Grantor to MID-COLUMBIA TITLE CO. as Trustee, in favor of BANK OF EASTERN OREGON as Beneficiary dated as of June 18, 2013 and recorded on June 24, 2013 as Instrument No. 2013-32480 and the ben- eficial interest was as- signed to AgStar Finan- cial Services, FLCA and recorded June 3, 2014 as Instrument Number 2014- 34224 of official records in the Office of the Re- corder of Morrow County, Oregon to-wit: APN: 5427 A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN TOWN- SHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST OF THE WIL- LAMETTE MERID- IAN, IN THE COUNTY OF MORROW AND STATE OF OREGON MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOL- LOWS: BEGINNING AT THE CENTER OF SECTION 9; THENCE NORTH 1320 FEET; THENCE WEST 660 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 1320 FEET; THENCE EAST 660 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGIN- NING.
