Animal picked up. -MCSO received a re- port at Silver Creek Con- tracting on Hwy 74, Hep- pner that a Ford F150 gold in color WA plates was left on their property and no one knows who it belongs to. -MCSO received a re- port on McGraw Ln, Board- man that there is a mix breed dog, brindle and black, that has been hanging around for the last week. RP would like him picked up because he keeps jumping her fence. RP has been trying to find the owner. -MCSO received a report that Kevin James Taylor was arrested by Bend Police Department on MCCC warrant. Lodged at Deschutes County jail. -MCSO received a re- port at Front St/S F St, Lexington that there is a child riding a motorcycle and popping wheelies in the area. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at Kingery residence on Hwy 730, Irrigon that she found a goat and she has her penned up for the night. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that a blue Ford Taurus with a logo on the back driver’s side window just flew down the street. Gavin Davis Woods was issued a warning for unregistered vehicle. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Division St, Irrigon that neighbors have a lot of trash and it keeps blowing into her yard. She advised that the children at her house pick up the trash and dead animals. MCSO left a written warning for the individuals to pick up the trash and have no one living in the RV by 3/21. -MCSO received a re- port on NE Eighth St, Ir- rigon, 60 year-old female, possible stroke. Female transported to GSH. March 15: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a report on Summit Ln, Boardman of two fast cars speeding and doing donuts. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Summit Ln, Board- man that RP has horses that showed up, he took them to the neighbors. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Columbia Ave NW, Boardman that his son is out of control and is tear- ing things up and has not taken his medication. RP has contacted CCS and they will be contacting his coun- selor. RP needs assistance controlling his son until CCS arrives. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Riverview Ave, Irrigon that a juvenile told RP that her adult brother tends to get violent and has DV situations with his girlfriend in the home. Ju- venile also states that there are multiple firearms in the home and that mother said that the reason for the fire- arms is that the brother is going to kill his girlfriend. RP would like a welfare check on the juvenile and the situation checked out. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Division St, Irrigon that there are sheep at the location. Bank confirmed the bills were fine. -MCSO received a re- port at Irrigon Learning Center on Columbia Ln, Ir- rigon that juveniles are not responding to the adults in the building and they would like a deputy to respond. -MCSO received a re- quest to speak to a deputy about an abandoned RV on SE Court St, Heppner. -MCSO received a re- port at Paterson Ferry Rd/ Hwy 730, Irrigon that there is an older black Ford pick- up, possibly a tow vehicle that is right in the turning lane going onto Paterson Ferry. -MCSO received a re- port at Community Bank of Heppner on N Main St, Heppner that there are sev- eral vehicles parked in the no parking zone. -MCSO received a re- port on Summit Ln, Board- man that there is a brown pit bull mix on his porch, scared it might be aggres- sive. March 16: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a request on SE Court St, Heppner that MCSO make a welfare check on two juveniles at this location. -MCSO received a re- port on Depot Ln, Irrigon regarding ongoing harass- ment. -MCSO received a re- port at N Main St/W Willow St, Heppner that a juvenile is smoking cigarettes at this location. Will be issuing a citation when he returns. -MCSO received a re- port on S First St, Irrigon that a subject is attempting to commit suicide. -MCSO received a re- port that s subject would like to meet a deputy re- garding a stolen computer. -MCSO received a re- port at N Main St/W Wil- low St, Heppner that a semi hauling scrap lumber hit a hydrant. Report of possible shooting. -MCSO received a re- port on Willow St, Heppner that a vehicle is parked on Willow and is in the way of the welly toss, they would like RO to move it so it doesn’t get hit by a boot. -MCSO received a re- quest to speak to a deputy on Kunze Ln, Boardman regarding trespassing a subject who was on his property. -MCSO received a re- port at Boardman rest area, WB, Boardman that he was being followed and harassed by another semi.
