bunch of puppies are run-
ning around that are not
being taken care of.

port at Green Acres on Pat-
erson Ferry Rd, Irrigon that
they left there RV trailer af-
ter they were kicked out and
the RV has been trashed.
Would like to know options
for getting rid of it. Tagged
for 72 hour tow.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Hwy 207 Echo,
Lexington that subject driv-
ing a silver SUV tried to
run her off the road after
she went to pass another
vehicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S Birch St, Ione of
a theft of his comic book
collection. Under investi-
gation.
-MCSO received a re-
port on 2 nd St NE, Board-
man that two males came
to her house, showed her a
gun and told her they were
going to hurt her. Deputy
made contact with subjects
and they had no gun on per-
sons or in vehicle. Subjects
were trespassed from her
residence.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Java Junkies on E
Hwy 730, Irrigon of a sus-
picious male drinking and
walking around. RP feels
unsafe. Referred to other
agency.

report on Wagon Wheel
Loop, Irrigon that a dog is
following RP. Called back
and advised the owner came
and picked up the dog.

mation from a boy in Pend-
leton that advised his friend
in Irrigon is being harassed
by three girls on TestNow
app. Deputy spoke with
victim and victim blocked
the girls.
March 14: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report at Crimson
Ct/SE Idaho Ave, Irrigon
that a small terrier dog with
curly hair is in the middle of
the road. Animal picked up.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Silver Creek Con-
tracting on Hwy 74, Hep-
pner that a Ford F150 gold
in color WA plates was left
on their property and no one
knows who it belongs to.
-MCSO received a re-
port on McGraw Ln, Board-
man that there is a mix breed
dog, brindle and black, that
has been hanging around
for the last week. RP would
like him picked up because
he keeps jumping her fence.
RP has been trying to find
the owner.
-MCSO received a
report that Kevin James
Taylor was arrested by
Bend Police Department on
MCCC warrant. Lodged at
Deschutes County jail.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Front St/S F St,
Lexington that there is a
child riding a motorcycle
and popping wheelies in the
area. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Kingery residence
on Hwy 730, Irrigon that
she found a goat and she has
her penned up for the night.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Irri-
gon that a blue Ford Taurus
with a logo on the back
driver’s side window just
flew down the street. Gavin
Davis Woods was issued a
warning for unregistered
vehicle.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Division St,
Irrigon that neighbors have
a lot of trash and it keeps
blowing into her yard. She
advised that the children at
her house pick up the trash
and dead animals. MCSO
left a written warning for
the individuals to pick up
the trash and have no one
living in the RV by 3/21.
-MCSO received a re-
port on NE Eighth St, Ir-
rigon, 60 year-old female,
possible stroke. Female
transported to GSH.
March 15: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report on Summit
Ln, Boardman of two fast
cars speeding and doing
donuts. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Summit Ln, Board-
man that RP has horses that
showed up, he took them
to the neighbors. Unable
to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Columbia Ave NW,
Boardman that his son is
out of control and is tear-
ing things up and has not
taken his medication. RP
has contacted CCS and they
will be contacting his coun-
selor. RP needs assistance
controlling his son until
CCS arrives.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Riverview Ave,
Irrigon that a juvenile told
RP that her adult brother
tends to get violent and
has DV situations with his
girlfriend in the home. Ju-
venile also states that there
are multiple firearms in the
home and that mother said
that the reason for the fire-
arms is that the brother is
going to kill his girlfriend.
RP would like a welfare
check on the juvenile and
the situation checked out.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Division St,
Irrigon that there are sheep
at the location. Unable to
locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Heppner Shell sta-
tion, N Main St, Heppner
that there is possibly some
suspicious money. Bank
confirmed the bills were
fine.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Irrigon Learning
Center on Columbia Ln, Ir-
rigon that juveniles are not
responding to the adults in
the building and they would
like a deputy to respond.
-MCSO received a re-
quest to speak to a deputy
about an abandoned RV on
SE Court St, Heppner.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Paterson Ferry Rd/
Hwy 730, Irrigon that there
is an older black Ford pick-
up, possibly a tow vehicle
that is right in the turning
lane going onto Paterson
Ferry.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Community Bank
of Heppner on N Main St,
Heppner that there are sev-
eral vehicles parked in the
no parking zone.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Summit Ln, Board-
man that there is a brown
pit bull mix on his porch,
scared it might be aggres-
sive. Dog was returned to
owner.
-MCSO received a re-
port that RP is getting ha-
rassing postcards sent to her
son from the father.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that a maroon GMC
Yukon flew down the street
toward Tenth and then back.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Utah Ave, Ir-
rigon that there was a shite
Chevy pickup that spun
his tires and drove towards
Tenth and spun his tires
there.
-MCSO received a
report at N First St/NE
Washington Ave, Irrigon
that his vehicles have been
gone through the last cou-
ple nights, nothing taken.
Would like extra patrol
until 3-28.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Columbia Ln, Ir-
rigon that a male is burning
piles on their property and
no one is supposed to be
there. Individual was tres-
passed from the location.
March 16: Morrow

received a request on SE
Court St, Heppner that
MCSO make a welfare
check on two juveniles at
this location.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Depot Ln, Irrigon
regarding ongoing harass-
ment.
-MCSO received a re-
port at N Main St/W Willow
St, Heppner that a juvenile
is smoking cigarettes at this
location. Will be issuing a
citation when he returns.
-MCSO received a re-
port on S First St, Irrigon
that a subject is attempting
to commit suicide.
-MCSO received a re-
port that s subject would
like to meet a deputy re-
garding a stolen computer.
-MCSO received a re-
port at N Main St/W Wil-
low St, Heppner that a semi
hauling scrap lumber hit a
hydrant. No injuries.
-MCSO received a re-
port on SE Court St, Hep-
pner that a male was in her
shop and she would like to
speak to a deputy.

pner that there is a dog
barking next to the old
carwash. Unable to locate.

Way, Heppner that a man
hole cover is moved. Man
hole cover placed where it
needs to be.

Heppner that a dog is run-

that a white Tahoe pulling
a trailer has no tail lights.

refusing to leave, subject is
intoxicated. James Robert

MCSO on probation viola-
tion. Subject lodged at UCJ,
no bail.

Irrigon that a white Nis-
san Maxima flew to Tenth
speeding. Unable to locate.
-MCSO received a re-
port on W Willow St, Hep-
pner that someone is inside
the shed area next to her
apartment. Man grabbed
a bike.
March 17: Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office re-
ceived a report on SE Utah
Ave, Irrigon that a dark blue
4 door Dodge pickup was
speeding down Utah, spun
tires on Seventh towards
Tenth.
-MCSO received a re-
quest to assist UCSO and
UPD on Klickitat St, Uma-
tilla. Report of possible
shooting.
-MCSO received a re-
port on Willow St, Heppner
that a vehicle is parked on
Willow and is in the way of
the welly toss, they would
like RO to move it so it
doesn’t get hit by a boot.
-MCSO received a re-
quest to speak to a deputy
on Kunze Ln, Boardman
regarding trespassing a
subject who was on his
property.
-MCSO received a re-
port at Boardman rest area,
WB, Boardman that he
was being followed and
harassed by another semi.

Clark that a driver did a U-
turn and is stuck blocking
the lane.
