January 7: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a report at Hwy 74/McNab Ln, Ione of a suspicious vehicle in the area. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that a white Cadillac SUV and a dark colored GMC SUV were speeding down Utah Ave. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on Knapp St, Irrigon regarding a subject who is revving his engine when he goes past their house. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Cannon St, Hep- pner that there is supposed to be a lock on the shop and there isn’t one there now. There are oil cans stacked out front. RP believes that it is suspicious. Occupants passed away a few months ago. -MCSO received a re- port at Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store on Tow- er Rd, Boardman that there is a possible intoxicated driver at Love’s. January 8: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office re- ceived a call on Wilson Ln, Boardman asking if anyone had called 911 earlier in the night about him. RP did not have a specific reason. Deputy responded. RP ad- vised of argument earlier with roommate and will talk to his father about kicking her out. RP was advised to call LE or take a break from the situation in the future. -MCSO received a re- port at Malheur St/Ander- son Rd, Boardman that there is a male and female creaming outside a house. Unsure of address, white house in the loop area. RP advised a dark colored car left the area, unknown where the parties are now. -MCSO received a ju- venile complaint at Irrigon Elementary School, SE Wyoming Ave, Irrigon. -MCSO received a re- port at Willow Creek Rd/ Black Mountain Ln, Hep- pner that there are large rocks in the road. MC Road Dept was advised. -MCSO received a re- port at Brannon’s Auto Re- pair on E May St, Heppner that there is a gentleman wandering around, advised that he knows who he is and he knows the truth. RP would like welfare check on him. -MCSO received a re- port on I 84 E, Boardman that there is a golden re- triever on the right hand shoulder. OSP was advised. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on S First St, Irri- gon that subjects showed up at his residence and were trying to fight with him. MCSO responded and spoke with RP, subjects were trespassed. -MCSO received a re- quest to speak to a deputy regarding some potential fraud. -MCSO received a re- port of harassment at Hep- pner Grade School, NE Stansbury St, Heppner. -MCSO received a re- port on Dee Cox Rd, Hep- pner that a black German shepherd and white golden retriever poodle mix that are missing. RP called back and advised that his dogs were found. -MCSO received a re- port on NW Union Ave, Heppner that she just wit- nessed a couple individu- als light a fire that is not in a burn barrel and leave the premises. Advised it looks like the carcass had been stripped then wrapped in a sheet. -MCSO received a re- port that Brian De Wayne Simmons was arrested on a no bail UC warrant and lodge at UCJ. January 9: Morrow County Sheriff ’s Office received a call on SE Court St, Heppner that his dad is missing. Last seen around midnight in bed. RP went downstairs and realized he is gone. RP is going out to look for him, will call if he finds him. Would like MCSO to look for him as well. Male was located. -MCSO received a re- port on Rippee Re, Board- man that a 45 year old male was hit by a car. Trans- ported to GSH. -MCSO received a ju- venile complaint at Irrigon Elementary School, SE Wyoming Ave, Irrigon. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that two dogs are running around, one small dog and one hound dog. Both have collars. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Ir- rigon that there is brown dog in front of his house. Dog does not have a collar and is in the turkey shoots headed towards California. Unable to locate. -MCSO received a re- port at St. Patrick’s Senior Center on N Main St, Hep- pner of the theft of an ash tray. -MCSO received a re- port on SE Utah Ave, Irri- gon that there is a red hatch back 2 door car, possibly a Ford with Washington plates that sits there on Division and runs the stop sign. RP states that it has been here for more than 30 days so it needs to switch its plates. -MCSO received a re- port on Valby Rd, Ione that there were two dogs run- ning around her property. -MCSO received a re- port at Willow Creek Rd/ Black Mountain Ln, Hep- pner that there is a boulder in the road.
