Births Obituaries Shirley Marie Clark Shirley Marie Clark, 76, of Heppner, died Friday, July 7, 2017 at Kadlec Med- ical Center in Richland, WA. A celebration of life potluck will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, at St. Patrick’s Senior Center in Heppner. An informal graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday, July 16, at the Pilot Rock Cemetery. She was born on July 16, 1940 at Clarinda, IA, the daughter of Wilbur A. and Marie B. Along with multiple service projects, over the years the Heppner Lions Club has funded hundreds of eyeglasses and hearing aids to eligible residents throughout the county. Over the past few months the Heppner Lions Club has been working with the Morrow County Health Department’s (Pub- lic Health) CARE team to reach eligible Morrow County residents less likely to access services the Lions offers.
