Kinzua Lunch Group The Kinzua Lunch Group had its monthly lunch at The Landing in the OHV Park. Members report an ex- cellent turnout, great food, and perfect fall weather for a bus ride through Kahler Basin and back on the Spray-Heppner Hwy. OTLD to meet Oregon Trail Library District will hold a board meet- ing Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 7 p.m. at the OTLD Board- man Branch. On the agenda are time for public comment, reports, and an executive session to review and evaluate the per- formance of an employee if the person does not request an open hearing. Community lunch menu St. Patrick’s Catholic Parish volunteers will serve lunch on Wednesday, Sept. 28, at St. Patrick’s Senior Center. Lunch will include meat loaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, roasted carrots and broccoli, cucumbers and onions, hot rolls, and brownies. Milk is served at each meal. Lindsay passed away surrounded by his family Sunday night, September 18, 2016 at the age of 73 after a brave battle with cancer.
