July 15: -A Morrow County Sheriff’s deputy reported seeing a male in a dark jacket causing people to have to swerve out of a lane at I-84 and Paterson Ferry, Boardman. The dep- uty advised turning around to check it out. -Irrigon fire responded to a report of a fire across from Green Acres in Ir- rigon. MCSO arrested Au- gust Lee Creed, 43, for reckless burning. The sub- ject was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO was advised that Burns PD arrested Diana Flores on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on con- tempt of court. -A female in Lexington reported receiving a scam check for some tires she sold on Craigslist. MCSO made contact. -Umatilla County Sher- iff’s Office advised MCSO that they arrested Irma Gar- za and located a driver’s license in her purse belong- ing to an individual in Ione.
