doors, Morrow County’s
interest will be sold, in the
real property commonly
known as: 78576 Parkside
Road, Boardman Oregon.
The legal description for the
real property is Lot 8, Block
2, West Glen, in the County
of Morrow and State of
Oregon. This sale includes
the Personal Property of a
Manufactured Structure,
Serial No. N59105038.

Order number OR-2016-8
is dated August 10, 2016.
Sale is a public auction to
the highest bidder for cash,
cashier’s check, money
order or current letter
of credit from a bank or
lending institution in full on
the day of the sale in hand,
made out to Morrow County
Treasury. The real market
value of said property

-A man in Irrigon ad-
vised someone stole the
vehicle plate off the vehicle
while his daughter was sit-
ting in the vehicle.
July 15: -A Morrow
County Sheriff’s deputy
reported seeing a male in a
dark jacket causing people
to have to swerve out of a
lane at I-84 and Paterson
Ferry, Boardman. The dep-
uty advised turning around
to check it out.
-Irrigon fire responded
to a report of a fire across
from Green Acres in Ir-
rigon. MCSO arrested Au-
gust Lee Creed, 43, for
reckless burning. The sub-
ject was lodged at Umatilla
County Jail.
-MCSO was advised
that Burns PD arrested
Diana Flores on an Irrigon
Justice Court warrant for
failure to appear on con-
tempt of court.
-A female in Lexington
reported receiving a scam
check for some tires she
sold on Craigslist. MCSO
made contact.
-Umatilla County Sher-
iff’s Office advised MCSO
that they arrested Irma Gar-
za and located a driver’s
license in her purse belong-
ing to an individual in Ione.

27, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. at the
Irrigon Community Room
in Irrigon, Oregon.
Conditional Use Permit
CUP-N-323: Federico
Rocha, applicant and owner.
The property is described as
tax lot 2301 of Assessor’s
Map 5N 26 24CC. The
property is zoned Suburban
Residential outside the
Irrigon Urban Growth
Boundary. The property is
located west of Irrigon on
