Conditions o f probation include enrollment in and completion o f Social Re- education/Life Skills train ing, no contact with certain individuals, 20 days jail time, and 180/90 sanction units with 10 sanction units to be used for 160 hours of community service. And violation o f probation may lead to revocation and im position o f 25 to 26 months o f prison time. One count o f Unlawful Possession o f Methamphetamine was dismissed. Fines, fees and assessments totaled $600. DA’s Report Morrow County Dis trict Attorney Justin Nelson has released the following report: -Dustin Dale Rollis, 34, was convicted o f one count o f Theft II, a Class A mis demeanor. and sentenced to 18 months bench probation, to include 40 hours o f com munity service, a written apology to the victim, and no direct or indirect contact with the victim. California Police Department. He was a driver and was having trouble getting paid from STL company. -M CSO received report o f a black baby calf, possibly one month old on Nevada Ave. in Irrigon. The caller said that the calf was currently in the little bam. -MCSO received report o f two pickups speeding past the caller’s residence on Utah Ave. in Irrigon. The caller requested that a deputy make contact with the vehicles. MCSO was unable to locate the vehicles. -MCSO received report o f a theft on Rhea Creek Rd. in lone. The manager o f a sheep ranch was trying to retrieve stolen pipe taken from the property. -M CSO received report that a pit bull running loose on Wagon Wheel Loop in Irrigon attacked another dog. -MCSO received report o f a driving complaint on Utah Rd., Irrigon, with a maroon suburban speeding down the road. -M CSO received report from a Boardman woman that her son got chemicals in his eyes and she was going to the Boardman airport. An officer responded at the airport; he saw a car there, but no one around. -M CSO received report o f a parent who can’t find her child at Heppner Elementary School. -M CSO received report o f two chainsaws stolen out o f a vehicle parked at the end o f Black Mountain Lane. Heppner. -M CSO received report o f an accident on 1-84. Board- man. MCSO responded, but was unable to locate the ve hicle. -M CSO received report from a Heppner woman that her neighbor’s car had had the backup lights on the vehicle on for the last few hours and their house was dark, which seemed suspicious. A deputy responded and the report was cancelled. -M C SO received a re quest for three small helmets in Irrigon. MCSO responded. -MCSO received request for medication for a subject at the Columbia River Ranch in Boardman. C olum bia River Ranch advised they would take care o f it. -MCSO received report o f a purse hanging on one of the bushes at Hager Park in Heppner. -M CSO received report o f a vehicle not maintaining land and hitting rumble strips on 1-84. The subject was given a warning for failure to signal a turn while merging. -M CSO received report o f a couple cars leaving a resi dence on Utah Ave.. Irrigon. at high speeds. M ay 24: -Morrow Coun ty Sheriff’s Office received a report o f an abandoned 911 call. On call back a male sub ject advised he had just been swimming in the lake and it was an accidental dial. -MCSO Deputy advised he was out with subjects who had a baby raccoon. The rac coon was transported to a safe location. -M CSO received report o f some sort o f alarm going o ff at the Northwestern Motel in Heppner. The manager re sponded and located a smoke alarm with a bad battery. The manager declined fire depart ment response. -M CSO received report o f a possible drunk driver on Kinkade Rd., Boardman. -M CSO received report o f a traffic hazard on 1-84 Boardman. Justice Court Report Morrow County Justice of the Peace Ann Spicer has released the following Justice Court report: -Andrew Tate Hatfield, 18, o f Heppner was found guilty of Violating the Speed Limit 80/55 and fined $260. i
