Sheriff's Report December 11 (cunt.): -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman that her son hit a deer on west Seventh Road in Irrigon. The son was not injured, but the tfeer needed to be put down. A deputy responded and dispatched the deer. -MCSO received report of a dead deer on the side of the road in Irrigon that needed to be picked up by public works. -Irrigon A m bulance requested an am bulance for a juvenile female who collapsed or fainted in Irrigon. Making the honor roll with a straight-A average was Adriana Sanchez of Irrigon, a sophomore in pre-business. To be on the honor roll, students must carry at least 12 graded hours of course work. Eastern Oregon artists invited to submit work to juried show LA G R A N D E - A rtsE a st and the A rt Center at the Old Library in La Grande invite Eastern Oregon artists to submit entries for the A rtsEast Biennial 2014 in August. The Biennial show is a juried art competition open to all artists, 18 and over, residing in the following counties in Eastern Oregon: Baker, G illiam , G rant, Harney, Malheur, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa and Wheeler. Artists may submit up to three digital images with a $35 entry fee by April 25. The work must have been created in the last two years. A rtw ork previously exhibited in an Artists of Eastern Oregon Biennial show is not eligible. Artists will be notified o f their acceptance by June 2-7. He was to be lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $25,000 bail. -MCSO made contact with a male subject who advi s ed he j us t got a new phone and it keeps hitting 911. There was no emergency. -MCSO received report of a syringe in a parking lot in Irrigon. The caller requested that a deputy pick it up for safe disposal. December 12: Morrow County S heriff’s Office Deputy advised that he was out with a vehicle that had gotten stuck on a snow bank in Heppner. The juvenile’s father was on the scene and advised he would handle the situation. -MCSO arrested Clifford Eugene Bradley, 47, on a Umatilla County w arrant for Failure to Appear. He was also arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to A p p e a r / P o s s e s s i o n o f Me t h a mp h e t a mi n e , Driving While Suspended, Possession o f Less Than One Ounce o f Marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school with $40,000 bail and another charge of Failure to Appear with $40,000 bail. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $82,000 bail. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon man that vicious dogs chased him into his house. She was advised that a deputy would be on at 4 p.m. that day. -MCSO received report of that a neighbor’s gates, which are normally locked, were w ide open at an Irrigon residence. The property was vacant and managed by a property m anagem ent company. -MCSO received report that a parole and probation work crew supervisor was out with a crew of seven working at Finley Buttes Landfill. -MCSO received report that GM Roadside Assistance was requesting a locksmith for a person on the 53 Road, Heppner, who had locked himself out of his vehicle. -MCSO Deputy advised he was on foot patrol at the high school basketball game in Heppner.. -MCSO received report that a Heppner woman was outside o f her residence yelling, wanting everyone out of her house. -MCSO received report from a woman on Highway 207 Heppner that a vehicle had ju st crashed in her driveway. MCSO, Heppner Fire Department, Heppner Ambulance responded. One male was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner. -MCSO cited Angela Marie Currin, 41, for No O p erato r’s License and Failure to Carry Proof of Insurance. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman th at she bel i eved that someone, possibly a young male teen, was leaving her yard. Oregon State Police responded. -MCSO received report of a possible prowler at an Irrigon residence. -Irrigon Fire Department received report that the fire department crew was out of the station for a canned food drive. December 15: Morrow County S heriff’s Office rece iv ed req u est from the Oregon D epartm ent o f Tr a n s p o r t a t i o n for assistance in dispatching an injured deer on Hwy. 206, Heppner. A deputy assisted. -MCSO received request from an Irrigon subject who w anted to report identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. A deputy responded and took a report. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon man that a subject went through a field to California St. and then took the first road on the right. -MCSO received report from a Heppner subject that a skittish white Chihuahua kept coming into their yard and got the neighbor’s dog pregnant. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman that a female was stealing clothes out o f a laundry room and possibly throwing things around. MCSO responded, found the house vacant and took a report for criminal mischief. -MCSO cited U Don Dinesh D Uduwana, 38, for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device (stop sign). -MCSO received report of a vehicle possibly harassing another vehicle on 1-84 Boardman. The caller was transferred to Oregon State Police. -MCSO Sheriff advised he was out at Irrigon High School for a meeting. -MCSO received report from a Heppner woman that she had recei ved inform ation that a male subject slashed one of her tires. -Irrigon Ambulance received report that a male subject in Irrigon had a high heart rate. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. -B o ard m a n Fire Department received report o f plastic smell at the Boardman bank. The heat pump went out. December 13: Morrow County Sheriff's Office received report of a black Hyundai swerving badly on 1-84 Boardman. -MCSO received report that a vehicle slid off the road on Hwy. 74, Lexington. A deputy checked on it. -MCSO received report of a Boardman man finding two yearling cow carcasses on the property near the power lines that cross the river. -MCSO Deputy advised he was out on foot at Heppner High School. -MCSO Deputy advised he was out with a pickup and farm trailer with no lights on the trailer. The deputy assisted the subject in getting home safely. -MCSO received request from a Heppner woman that she had friends in the house whom she would like removed. December 14: Morrow County Sheriff's Office received report of a smoke alarm in the fire pump area on Rail Loop Drive, Boardman. It was a broken pipe in the pump house. No emergency response was required. -MCSO received report from a Boardman woman that there was a female knocking on her door and yelling. A deputy responded and determined that the issue was a dog that belonged to the male and female, they were splitting ownership and one of the subjects had the dog back. -MCSO received request from a Heppner woman who w anted a deputy to speak with young children about crim inal mischief.
