Conditions o f pr o b a t i o n i nclude substance abuse evaluation, mental health evaluation, enrollment and completion of social re-education/life skills training program and 80 hours o f community service. Defendant may receive mi s d e me a n o r treatment upon completion of probation, and is allowed contact with the child. Total fines, fees and assessments were $991. -Thomas Chad Fletcher, 47, was co n v icted o f Assault IV; defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail time but execution of 174 days was suspended and the defendant sentenced to 24 months bench probation, to include six days jail time with credit for time served. Other conditions of probation included 40 hours of community service, no offensive physical contact with victim # 1, no direct or indirect contact with victim #2, successful completion o f anger management evaluation and treatment, and attendance of parenting classes and compliance with any DHS requirements.
