Due to funding cuts, the royalty has been cut down from the larger, well-known court to only a queen. Most neigh boring counties, fairs and rodeos have opted to have only a queen, which propo nents say has worked well. Royalty relies heavily upon their sponsors for official wardrobe, travel expenses and costs of attending mul tiple functions throughout the west. Local sponsors for the queen were: MCGG Green Feed, Jan Huddleston, Aro- bonne Health and Beauty; Petra Payne, Scentsy Con sultant; and Amy Haak, Blondee Salon. Her official Queen Cor onation Dinner and fund raiser will be held March 2 at the Morrow County Fairgrounds. She says she invites everyone out to all the great activities in the county and especially her coronation— with music, comedy, a prime rib din ner and an auction benefit, planner promise it will be a great night for sure. 2012 Morrow County Fair 4-H Results A large group of tal ented 4-H members partici pated in the 2012 Morrow County Fair.
