Applicants should have experience in human resources, staff recruitment and retention, working with the mentally ill, ability to supervise 20+ individuals w ith varying levels o f education, ability to assist the E xecutive D irector in managing a large and complex budget, facility and program development and community relations. A bach elo rs degree in psychology , sociology or other human services field is preferred. This individual will be required to participate in an on call rotation.
