Molly Rhea, director of nursing, said that she expects that it will take a year for all the bugs to be worked out. -received the fol lowing reports: Pioneer Memorial Clinic had 468 patient visits for January with 33 new patients, 32 seen by a nurse and six no-shows; Irrigon Medical Clinic had 166 patient visits seen by a nurse and five no- shows; Heppner Ambulance had 27 total page-outs with 21 transports for $24,195 in revenue, Boardman Ambulance had 31 page outs with 15 transports for $ 19,154 in revenue, Irrigon Ambulance had 20 page outs with 12 transports for $14,104 in revenue, there were two flights; Pioneer Memorial Hospital had five admissions, three swing bed admissions, six admitted for observation, 449 total outpatients with 63 total emergency room encoun ters, 1,454 lab tests, 109 x-ray procedures, 21 CT scans, 32 EKG tests, one treadmill procedure, seven colonoscopy procedures, three endoscopy proce dures, two colon/endoscopy procedures, 68 respiratory therapy procedures; Home Health had 72 patient visits, pharmacy had 1,211 drug doses for $73,733 in drug revenue. -received the fol lowing profit/loss infor mation: the district had $619,928 in gross patient revenue, less $28,785 in bad debts and $82,208 in contractual and other ad justments, $102,894 in tax revenue and $9,893 in other revenue for $621,722 for the total operating revenue; $666,511 in total operating expenses and a $10,220 in a non-operating gain for a $34,568 loss for the month and a $92,950 year- to-date gain ($ 13,279 aver age monthly year-to-date gain).
