The vehicle was gone, but parts o f the vehicle were still there. The caller didn’t believe the vehicle could have been driven away. -MCSO received rep o rt from an Irrigon woman of a small dog with a leash and post attached tangled in a fence. She ad vised she couldn’t untangle the dog as it snapped at her whenever she tried. She said she knew the owners, but they did not appear to be home. A flashlight was discov ered at the location, but the caller reported his wife had picked it up and brought in into the house before he could advise her not to touch it or the open gate. -MCSO received report from a Boardman subject that his trailer was parked at a friend’s proper ty, but he got into a dispute with a subject who works for him and the subject threatened to bulldoze the residence if the caller didn’t move it. -MCSO received report o f subjects play ing loud music, possibly a band, on South Main St. and Kunze Lane in Boardman. -MCSO received report from an anonymous subject that a man on the Umatilla County’s Most Wanted List was at a resi dence on Cutsforth Rd. in Heppner. The caller ad vised that the subject was at his sister’s place and they would most likely lie and tell law enforcement that he was not there. -MCSO received report o f a cougar walk ing around Elk Trail Lane near Heppner. ODFW was contacted and will contact the caller. -M CSO D eputy responded to back up the Umatilla Police Depart ment concerning an alarm going off at a drug store in Umatilla. The building was secure. -MCSO received report o f loud music be lieved to be coming from the Sky View Drive area in Boardman. -MCSO received report of loud music near the golf course in Board- man. -MCSO received report from a subject at the Irrigon Marina, that while she was there, two males in a four-door gray pickup loaded up .one of the tables from the marina. The subjects advised they were bringing it back to the park. -MCSO received report that a collie-m ix was near A.C. Houghton Elementary in Irrigon. The car ran out of gas, but help was on the way. -MCSO cited Lock- ley Charles Bremner, 63, for driving 78 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received report that Tualatin Police Department arrested Pablo Organiz Mendoza, 49, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Ap- pear/Failure to Appear. He was lodged at Washington County Jail with $330 bail in full. -MCSO received report that Oregon State Po lice arrested a 38-year-old subject on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While Suspended-misdemeanor. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO re p o rts several individuals warned for failure to use seat belt. -M CSO assisted Boardman Police Depart ment in arresting Johnny Lynn Johnson, 51. -MCSO received report o f two white cars traveling at a high rate of speed on Idaho in Irrigon. The caller believed it may have been a car chase. A deputy responded, but was unable to locate anything. -MCSO received report of a group of people and a loud vehicle on Chase St. in H eppner. MCSO responded and determined there was an adult party there earlier, but nothing found at the time. -Boardman Police Department received report of subjects riding horses in the Boardman Marina Park. through the ABA program. The subjects were advised that horses weren’t allowed in the park. -B P D a r r e s te d Johnny Lynn Johnson, 51, on a Umatilla Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Possession of a Controlled Substance- methamphetamine, Failure to Appear/Failure to Ap pear. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $10,000 bail. -BPD cited Leon ardo Martinez Nava, 34, for Driving While Suspend ed-violation. He was also warned for an obscured windshield and failure to carry license while driv ing. -BPD received re port from a subject who said that the neighbor across the street was playing loud music. He advised that he went over and asked them to turn it down and they said it was Sunday and they didn’t have to. While he was on the phone with BPD he advised that they had turned it down. -BPD warned sub jects for parking in a hand icapped spot, im proper license display and an ob scured windshield. -BPD code officer advised subjects that they needed a fence around the swimming pool they set up. -BPD contacted a kid on a bicycle and warned him for no helmet. -BPD received re port that wood products and several metal spikes were out in the middle of the road by the clinic con struction site on Willow Fork. An officer responded and reported it look like someone kicked over the survey markers, but the site was secure. -BPD received re port of loud music coming from a party on Kunze. -BPD received re port of a fight in progress on Juniper Drive. An officer made contact and deter mined the subjects were only fighting verbally. -BPD received re port that while a subject was on the phone with his girlfriend, she was being assaulted by a boyfriend. BPD and MCSO responded and determined it was a verbal argument only. -BPD received re port from a subject that a blue Corsica almost pushed them o ff the road. BPD was unable to locate the vehicle. -BPD received re port that a subject was ha rassed at his job.
