-BPD cited Leon­
ardo Martinez Nava, 34,
for Driving While Suspend­
ed-violation. He was also
warned for an obscured
windshield and failure to
carry license while driv­
ing.
-BPD received re­
port from a subject who said
that the neighbor across
the street was playing loud
music. He advised that he
went over and asked them
to turn it down and they
said it was Sunday and
they didn’t have to. While
he was on the phone with
BPD he advised that they
had turned it down.
-BPD warned sub­
jects for parking in a hand­
icapped spot, im proper
license display and an ob­
scured windshield.
-BPD code officer
advised subjects that they
needed a fence around the
swimming pool they set
up.
-BPD contacted a
kid on a bicycle and warned
him for no helmet.
-BPD received re­
port that wood products
and several metal spikes
were out in the middle of
the road by the clinic con­
struction site on Willow
Fork. An officer responded
and reported it look like
someone kicked over the
survey markers, but the site
was secure.
-BPD received re­
port of loud music coming
from a party on Kunze.
-BPD received re­
port of a fight in progress
on Juniper Drive. An officer
made contact and deter­
mined the subjects were
only fighting verbally.
-BPD received re­
port that while a subject
was on the phone with his
girlfriend, she was being
assaulted by a boyfriend.
BPD and MCSO responded
and determined it was a
verbal argument only.
-BPD received re­
port from a subject that a
blue Corsica almost pushed
them o ff the road. BPD
was unable to locate the
vehicle.
-BPD received re­
port that a subject was ha­
rassed at his job.
