OTLD now offers the full 2012 encyclopedia and its content to area residents, along with down-loadable audio books, e-books and videos and educational re sources that have already been available to residents from any internet connec tion 24 hours a day. World Book Encyclopedia, Library2Goand Tutor.com are brought to Boardman and Heppner branch librar ies and the interim library services station at Irrigon through funding provided by L ib ra rie s o f E astern Oregon (LEO), Wildhorse Foundation, and the library district. LEO was able to obtain significant discounts through a group-buy to 53 public libraries in 16 coun ties. M CSO reported that the phone had been fixed and the dad would have the kids call that evening. -M C SO received report o f a pickup on fire near Pettyjohn’s in H ep pner. -M C SO received report o f juveniles in Hep pner getting into a junk tire trailer every night, playing in it and taking stuff out. The caller requested extra patrol. -M C SO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n woman that her neighbor’s dogs came into her yard and her dog attacked one o f them. -M CSO served a restraining order to a sub ject in Irrigon. -M C SO received report o f a forked-horn deer hit on Hwy. 207 with the deer severely injured and needing to be put down.
