COUNTY
The tax collector o f M orrow County, Oregon, has
prepared the following list o f all properties now subject
to foreclosure. This foreclosure list contains the names
o f those appearing in the latest tax rolls as the respective
owners of tax delinquent properties, a description o f each
such property as the same appears in the latest tax rolls,
the year or years for which taxes, special assessments,
fees, or other charges are delinquent on each property,
together with the principal o f the delinquent amount
o f each year and the amount o f accrued and accruing
interest thereon through September 15, 2011.
Please take note that a complete and accurate legal
description o f the properties designated by the tax
lot numbers on the attached list is made a part of the
application as Exhibit A for judgm ent, filed in the
M orrow County Circuit Court and available at the
Morrow County Trial Court Clerk's Office. Note also,

has joined with other librar
ies across eastern Oregon to
expand its remote services,
now adding World Book
Encyclopedia to its roster
o f on line serv ices that
include L ibrary2G o and
Tutor.com.
OTLD now offers the full
2012 encyclopedia and its
content to area residents,
along with down-loadable
audio books, e-books and
videos and educational re
sources that have already
been available to residents
from any internet connec
tion 24 hours a day.

are brought to Boardman
and Heppner branch librar
ies and the interim library
services station at Irrigon
through funding provided
by L ib ra rie s o f E astern
Oregon (LEO), Wildhorse
Foundation, and the library
district. LEO was able to

through a group-buy to 53
public libraries in 16 coun
ties.
