Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, May 11 2011 DA’s Report The Morrow Coun ty District Attorney’s Office has released the following report: Kelly Rae C hap man, 29, was convicted of: -F le e in g o r A t tempting to Elude a Police Officer, a Class C felony, and was sentenced to six months in the custody o f the Oregon Department of Corrections, 90 days sus pension o f her driver’s li cense, one year post-prison supervision and ordered to pay $678 in fines, fees and assessments; -Reckless Driving, a Class C misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 90 days suspension o f her driver’s license and ordered to pay $ 168 in fines, fees and assessments. -Criminal Driving W hile Suspended or Re voked, a Class A m isde meanor, and was sentenced to 365 days in jail, with all sentences to run concur rently and credit for time served and ordered to pay $1,014 in fines, fees and assessments. S onny Jam es Phipps, 24, pled guilty to U nlaw ful P ossession o f Methamphetamine, a Class C felony, and w as se n tenced to 18 months for mal probation, 80 hours o f community service work, completion of a drug treat ment package with Morrow County Behavioral Health with numerous conditions and ordered to pay $958 in fines, fees and assess ments. B rent M essineo, 22, was convicted o f one count o f Violation o f Wild life Laws with C ulpable M ental State, a C lass A Misdemeanor reduced to a Class A Violation, and was sentenced to a three-year H unting License suspen sion. Total fines, fees and assessments were $2,668. B la k e S h u b e r t, 24, was convicted o f one count o f Violation o f Wild life Laws with Culpable M ental State, a C lass A Misdemeanor reduced to a Class A Violation, and was sentenced to a three-year Hunting License suspen sion. Total fines, fees and assessments were $2,506. Jerem y M ichael Carroll, 29, was convicted o f Felon Possess Firearm, Possession of Methamphet amine and Possession o f Cocaine, all Class C Felo nies. Carroll was sentenced to 15 months incarceration with the Oregon D epart ment o f Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision and six months drivers license suspension. The court also ordered the seizure and forfeiture to the state o f all evidence, weapon, fire arms, contraband and drug paraphernalia. Total fines, fees and assessments were $1,059. Ramel Rodriguez, 30, was convicted o f Pos session o f M etham phet amine, a Class C Felony, and sentenced to 3 months in custody o f the Oregon D e p a rtm en t o f C o rre c tions, 6 m onths drivers - THREE license suspension and 1 y ear p o st-p riso n p ro b a tion with the condition of substance abuse evaluation and possible treatment. The defendant was ordered to pay $678 in fines, fees and assessments. Celeste Broadfoot, 47, was convicted o f Pos session o f M etham phet amine, a Class C Felony, and sentenced to 18 months formal probation, 80 hours o f community service and a drug package w ith Morrow County Behavioral Health.
