Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, March 30,2011 - SEVEN Sheriff's Report The Mo r r o w County Sheriff’s Office reports handling the fol lowing business: Dec. 24 cont.: -MCSO issued a citation to a male subject for Minor in Possession of Alcohol. -MCSO issued a citation to Juan Rodriguez Garcia, 19, for Minor in Possession of Alcohol. -MCSO cited and released Brent Alexander, 34, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine, Possession of a Controlled Substance Greater that One Ounce of Marijuana. -BPD issued a ci tation to Jose Guadalupa Lemus Ayala, 70, for Driv ing While Suspended Vio lation. Dec. 25: -MCSO arrested Jody Lea Hen dricks, 39, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While Suspended. Dec. 27: -MCSO arrested D arwin D avid Smith, 23, on a Parole and Probation warrant for Pro bation V iolation on the original charges of Posses sion of Methamphetamine. -MCSO issued a citation to John Bradley Standerfer, 54, for Violation of the Basic Rule by driving 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO was noti fied that Roy Nunez, 24, was arrested by Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Physical Harass ment. -BPD issued a cita tion to Maria Chavez Her rera, 34, for Failure to Carry Proof of Insurance. *Dec. 28: -MCSO was notified that Rodrigo Manuel Cervantes Zepeda, 29, was arrested by Uma tilla County Sheriff’s Of fice on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While Suspended. -MCSO arrested Brooks Scott Rea, 28, on a warrant for Failure to Ap pear on the original charges of Theft of Identity, Theft II, and Fraud-Credit Card. Dec. 29: -MCSO issued a citation to Angel Vera Campos, 28, for Fail ure to Dim Headlights. -MCSO issued a citation to Evelina Ann Osgood, 50, for Failure to Drive in Lane and Careless Driving Accident. -BPD issued a cita tion to Jeramy Paul Har mon, 24, for No Operator’s License. Dec. 30: -MCSO was notified that Pablo Organiz Mendoza, 48, was arrested by W ashington County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Failure to Appear. -MCSO arrested Grant Robert Bales, 43, on a Umatilla Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Ap- pear/Possession Metham phetamine. Dec. 31: -MCSO arrested Andrew Evan Burt, 32, for DUII (BAC .18). -BPD issued a ci tation to Eliodoro Salseda Castaneda, 18, for Violating the Speed Limit by driv ing 61 mph in a 35 mph zone and No O perator’s License. Jan. 1: -MCSO ar rested Albert Ronald Bur gess, 61, for DUII. Burgess w as also cited fore Breatha lyzer Refusal. -MCSO arrested a 31 year old male subject for Disorderly Conduct, Unlawful Penetration I, and Sex Abuse 1. -MCSO issued a citation to David Joseph Asbridge, 29, for M ain taining a Dog as a Public Nuisance. -BPD arrested a juvenile male subject for DUII (BAC .10). -BPD issued a cita tion to Tom Raymond Car- roll, 27, for Driving Unin sured. MCSO assisted. Jan. 2: -BPD is sued a citation to Matthew Wayne Chavis, 29, for No Operator’s License. Jan. 3: -BPD is sued a citation to Victor Manuel Ramos Uribe, 21, for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device and Driving Uninsured. -BPD arrested De- sirae Bass, 29, on a Uma tilla County Sheriff’s Of fice warrant for Probation Violation. -BPD issued a cita tion to Stephen Hunt Rich ards, 19, for driving 40 mph in a 25 mph zone. Jan. 4: -M CSO received a report from a woman who says the neigh bors’ dogs are always in her yard. She heard them barking outside and when she went to the door they lunged at her. -MCSO received a report from a man who be lieves his brother had bro ken into his house. Neigh bors said it was a male subject with a spider bite on his face. Reporting person advised that his brother has a spider bite, and they believe it was him. -MCSO received a report of someone calling their house, trying to get their information, advised that they have done it to them three times’and taken $189. -MCSO issued a citation to Philip Eugene Kauffman, 37, fof Passing in a No Passing Zone. -MCSO arrested Travis James Broadfoot, 20, for a Gilliam County Parole & Probation warrant. -MCSO received a report of a deer that had been hit on Hwy 74, deer is deceased and has been drug off the road. -MCSO received a report of a stop sign missing from a pole. -MCSO arrested Johnny Lynn Johnson, 53, for failure to Appear. Jan. 5: -M CSO was notified that Cory Bran- stetter, 32, w as arrested by Hermiston Police Depart ment on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine on the original charge of Driving While Suspended. Branstetter was also arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear or the original charge o f False Information to Police Of ficers. -MCSO was noti fied that Kimberly A. For sythe, 40, was arrested by Salem PD on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While Suspended. -MCSO was noti fied that James David Bar- resse Jr., 33, was arrested by Oregon State Police on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for DUII. Jan. 6 : -MCSO ar rested a 35 year old male for Harassment DV and Menacing. Jan. 8: -MCSO was notified that Bertha A. Nunez, 30, was arrested by Gresham Police Depart ment on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/ Failure to Appear Driving While Suspended. -MCSO was noti fied that Jose Raul Ortega Sandoval Jr., 33, was ar rested by Stanfield Police Department on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant. -BPD issued a ci tation to juvenile female for driving 41 mph in a 30 mph zone. Jan. 9: -BPD ar rested a 34 year old male subject on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant. Jan. 10: -MCSO issued a citation to Rochelle Monique Morris Wood, 20, for Violation of the Basic Rule by driving 65 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO issued a citation to Eric Alan King, 22, for Driving While Sus- pended/Violation and Driv ing Uninsured. -MCSO issued a citation to Raymond Lewis Cecil, 33, for No Operator’s License and Failure to Reg ister Vehicle. -MCSO was no tified that David Leroy Brown Jr., 41, was arrested by Umatilla County Sher iff’s Office on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Theft II. Jan. II: -MCSO was notified that Diane Munkers, 49, was arrested by Klamath County Sher iff’s Office on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine on the original charge of Main taining a Dog as a Public Nuisance. -MCSO arrested Bette Lynn Rose, 41, on a Grants Pass warrant for Failure to Appear/Posses- sion of Methamphetamine and DUII. Jan. 12: -MCSO was notified that Bradley James Miller, 32, was ar rested by Hermiston Police Department orf an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/POCS, Furnishing, Minor in Pos session, and Criminal Mis chief II. Jan. 13: -MCSO issued a citation to Emilio Garcia Martinez, 22, for Violation of the Basic Rule by driving 81 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO issued a citation to Sandra Deann Fritz, 40, for Violation of the Speed Limit by driving 85 mph in a 65 mph zone. Jan. 14: -MCSO issued a citation to John Arthur Baxter, 21, for Fol lowing to Close. Jan. 15: -MCSO issued a citation to a male subject for Careless Driv ing. Jan. 16: -MCSO arrested Jason Allen Both- well, 25, on a Hermiston M unicipal w arrant for FTAD/DUII. -MCSO arrested a male subject for DUII (BAC .19). A citation was also issued for Failure to Maintain Lane and No Op erator’s License. -MCSO arrested a male subject for Assault IV felony and Harassment. Jan. 17: -MCSO was notified that Lawrence Allen Perrin, 34, was ar rested by Morrow County Parole and Probation on a detention warrant. -M CSO arrested Joel Ernesto Rodriguez, 25, on a Detention Warrant Post Prison Supervision Violation. -MCSO arrested a 19 year old male for DUII BAC Refusal and was lodged at Um atilla County Jail with an addi tional charge of Criminal Mischief. -BPD issued a ci tation to Jeronimo Diego Goavea, 29, for No Opera tor’s License.
