Both parties were blaming each other. The caller stated that an ad ditional driver was drinking a beer and the other driver did not have insurance. -MCSO arrested a 31 year old male for Harass ment DV, Sherman County w arrant, and Hermiston Municipal Court. -MCSO issued a citation to Juan Dejesus Antonio, 28, for No Opera tor’s License, Driving Un insured, and Unsafe Passing on the Right. -MCSO was noti fied that Wendy Lynn Long, 39, was arrested by the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure To Appear/Posses- sion of Methamphetamine. -BPD received a report of a non-injury hit and run involving a semi truck hitting a concrete barrier and then continuing down the freeway. -BPD issued a cita tion to juvenile female for No Operator’s License and Driving Uninsured. October2: -MCSO received a report of a non injury motor vehicle acci dent. A citation was issued to the driver for Failure to Drive Within Lane/Motor Vehicle Accident. -MCSO received a report of a motor vehicle ac cident. A citation was issued to Robert James Muth, 42, for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device-Stop Sign and D riving U ninsured MVA. -MCSO received a report of a non-injury hit and run. The caller stated that a female driver hit a parked car in a parking lot and left the scene. The combination of practices used at each site may vary to accommo date the different climate, traffic, and storm condi tions encountered. Morrow County’s goal is to provide a safe roadway.
