There was no deputy in position and the call transferred to OSP. -Boardman Police Department officer reported he was out with a disabled truck and trailer on Main St. in Boardman. Triangles were laid out and help on the way. -BPD ci de o ffi cer reported dropping off a female for community service. -BPD cited Celeste Louise Broadfoot, 46, for Driving While Suspended violation. -BPD received a report of an animal prob lem. -BPD received re port from a subject who said that she normally hears her neighbor, his car was home and the lights were on, but she hadn’t heard him for a few days. BPD responded and the call was unfounded. -BPD cited Mario Montes Landeros, 23, for Failure to Use Seatbelt (child). He was also warned for illegal window tinting, measured at three percent. -BPD officer re ported he was at Windy River E lem entary on a building check. -Boardman Ambu lance received report from a female subject who said her boyfriend has heart is sues and is in pain but did not want the ambulance to respond because his mother was next door and it would make her sick, so he said he would run if EMS showed up. March 24: M or row County Sheriff’s Of fice received two requests for code enforcement from Heppner city manager Da vid DeMayo. -MCSO cited Adri ana Ortiz Bazan, 29, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received two requests for a house check in Irrigon. -MCSO received a request for information about landlord/tenant laws from a subject in Irrigon. -MCSO received report of a red cow out near the south county transfer station in Lexington. -MCSO received request for a deputy in Heppner. -MCSO received report from the U.S. Census Bureau that they will have census workings counting homeless people between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. that day. -MCSO received report that two trash cans, wire, wire cutters, pliers and other miscellaneous item s m issing on Rhea Creek Rd. in Heppner. -MCSO received report o f a semi driving that was all over the road on 1-84 currently parked on the side of the road after it lost control and almost rolled. The caller said she believed something was wrong with the driver, who was then out walking around the semi. The caller said a dog came after him snapping and biting, but did not actually touch him. He was lodged at Norcor with $591 bail. -MCSO received report of a Chevy Tahoe speeding up, slowing down, pulling in front of the com plainant and slamming on its breaks on 1-84. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that a neighbor was running a bulldozer with flood lights. Umatilla Elec tric was repairing a downed line for a resident with no power. -Boardman Police Department received report from a woman who said her husband came home drunk, but he is not a drinker and she was worried about him. There were no obvious signs of injury to anyone and everything was okay. -BPD received re port from a female subject that a dog bit her son and it broke the skin. Officers and Boardman Ambulance responded. -BPD officer re ported he was out with a brown and w hite collie dog, but it was determined it belonged to the owner of the car wash. -BPD received a report of a dog that came into a subject’s yard. The dog was transported to Pet Rescue. -BPD cited Susan Sangerman Luis, 40, for Driving While Suspended- violation and Failure to Signal Lane Change.
