Morrow County Sheriff’s Office reports han dling the following business: -Continuedfrom Page SEVEN -MCSO attempted civil service contacts at sev eral Irrigon and Boardman residences. -MCSO received a 911 call from an Irrigon concerning a female possi bly involved in drug activ ity at her work place. -MCSO received report from a Boardman woman that she went to her ex-husband’s apartment and cleaned it, but while she was there, tiis girlfriend beat her up. Boardman Ambulance responded but the subjects refused transport. Board- man Police D epartm ent arrested M ichele Lindsy Cowan, 29, for Disorderly Conduct II. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $3,000 bail. MCSO arrested Ashley Grace Irwin, 18, for Disorderly Conduct II and Assault IV. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $9,000 bail. -MCSO receive re port from an Irrigon subject that he thought someone was using his w ife’s ID because they received a letter from the DMV advis ing that her driver’s license was suspended, but she had never received any tickets. A deputy responded and explained the suspension notice. -MCSO received report from a Boardman woman that her daughter wanted to leave with her father because he would let her go to a party, but she didn’t want the daughter to go because she believed that there would be alcohol at the party. The subject advised that she didn’t have a problem with the daughter spending the night with the father as long as she was as sured that the father would not let the daughter leave. A deputy responded and advised to that effect. -Boardman Police Department received report of a prowler after the snow. The caller said he found a skyrocket near his garage door. He requested extra patrol in the area at night. -BPD received re port of a broken water main and flooding issues pt a Boardman residence. A city worker was contacted. -BPD received re port of graffiti on a fence at Desert Springs Estates in Boardman. -BPD received re port o f possession of less than one ounce o f m ari juana less than 1,000 feet from a school. The incident was under investigation. -BPD received re port of a baseball batting cage at the high school tagged. The principal called and wanted to know if it was gang-related. -BPD received re port of subjects in a vehicle driving by who threw some thing that broke a window out at a rental residence. -H eppner Ambu lance transported a patient to Walla Walla. January 3: Mor row County Sheriff’s Of fice received report of a subject sleeping in his car in Irrigon. The subject was waiting for his sister. -MCSO received report of a dog in the middle of the river that took off after a duck and got swept downstream near the slough in Boardman. The dog made its way back to shore. -MCSO received request for contact from an Irrigon woman concerning her soon-to-be-ex-husband and the family dog. It was a civil issue; they were fight ing over who got custody of the dog. -MCSO received report o f a yellow or or ange Chevrolet with a male driver with a white cowboy had swerving all over on Hwy. 730. -MCSO received report of 10-12 cows near the roadway at Paterson Ferry. -Boardman Police Department received re port of the north and south fences facing Paul Smith Road tagged. -BPD, Boardman Ambulance received report from a 79-year-old subject that her hip had popped out of its socket. She said it had happened two or three times in the past three months. She was transported. -BPD received re port from a male subject that someone rifled through his pickup. He said nothing was taken, but he wanted to make a report. -BPD received re port from a subject that kids were using a duck calling whistle outside her apartment.' -Irrig o n A m b u lance received report of an 84-year-old male on oxygen having problems for the past three days. January 4: MCSO received report from Salem Police D epartm ent that they arrested Kimberly A. Forsythe, 39, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended. She was lodged at Marion County Jail with $1,124 bail in full on local charges with a hold placed for Morrow County. -M C S O d ep u ty advised he was out with a vehicle parked at an Ir rigon location. The subject advised he works at the lo cation and was unsure of the road conditions, so went to work early and would sleep in the vehicle until the store opened. -MCSO received report of a tree in the middle o f the road on Hwy. 74, Heppner. The caller advised he had to veer into oncom ing traffic to get around it. The tree was removed from the roadway. -MCSO received report of a storage unit in Ir rigon broken into sometime over the Christmas break. -MCSO received report of 15-20 bales of hay stolen over the weekend in Boardman. -MCSO advised of a flat front tire. and released. -MCSO received report o f pigs out on Hwy. 74, Heppner, that could cause an accident because of the fog. A deputy made contact and the pigs were going to be put back in. -MCSO received report of a six-year-old girl walking along the road way. The girl advised she was walking to her grand mother’s house.
