Heppner G azette-Tim es, Heppner, Oregon HES magazine sales a huge success HES held their annual magazine sales fundraiser with great success. The 4-6 grade students raised over $5,000 that w ill help fund Tupper Outdoor School, Assemblies, Red Ribbon Week, AR Parties and many other wonderful activities. The top selling class was Mrs. Dowdy’s home room and the top seller was Caitlynn Bailey.
