D ispatch gave the subject seven tow slips to put on the vehicles and form s to fill out regard ing information about the vehicles to return to the sheriff’s office. -M C SO received a request from the Oregon V iolent D eath Reporting System concerning infor mation about a firearm. -M C SO received report o f three horses and two mules out in Irrigon. The owner had the horses put back in before the dep uty arrived at the scene. -M C SO received report from the city o f Hep pner that a subject was in city hall whom they be lieved was under the influ ence of something, however it was not alcohol. -M C SO received report o f an ongoing prob lem with dogs continually barking. MCSO responded but the reporter was unable to identify the dog that was barking. -M C SO received tow h an g -u p /ab an d o n ed calls one was a female in Irrigon and the other and accidental dial by a child in Heppner. -M C SO received report from a subject that while he was on Hwy. 730 between Irrigon and Board- man a rock broke the wind shield o f his vehicle. The subject wanted to document the incident in case his in surance company wanted information. -M C SO received request for info from In- fonet Report Service for A m erican Fam ily Insur ance. -M C SO received request from Oregon State Police Firearm s Unit for info from the Boardm an Police Department. -M C SO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n w o m an th a t w h ile she was out mowing her yard suspicious subjects asked her if her neighbors were home. When she said she didn’t think so, the subjects asked if they could take the neighbor’s pop cans. When she said “no”, they started loading them anyway. The woman gave them $20 for food because they said they w ere starving. A deputy went to the residence where he th o u g h t the su b jects resided, but was unable to locate vehicle. -M C SO received report o f a m aroon SUV driving 45 mph on Hwy. 730, not maintaining a sin gle lane o f travel, and then getting on 1-84. Boardman Police Department followed and stopped the vehicle for impeding traffic. -M C SO received report from a subject in Ir rigon that she had received several co m p lain s from other tenants in a trailer park about loud parties and underage juveniles drink ing. A deputy was unable to locate anyone at the space, but noted there was a wed ding going on nearby. -M C SO received report o f a woman running down 1-84 chasing dogs. -M C SO received report that a female parked in a grey Chevy Blazer had been at a location in Irrigon since 1 p.m. that afternoon and kids had been going up to the car every so often. It was now 6 p.m. A deputy was unable to locate anyone in a car. -M C SO received rep o rt o f fo u r-w h e e le rs around 13th Street by the turkey run in Irrigon. A deputy made contact and the issue was settled. -MCSO deputy re ported he was assisting OSP on a driving complaint o f a vehicle going 100-plus miles per hour on 1-84 at Boardman. MCSO was un able to locate the vehicle. -M C SO received re p o rt from a H e p p n e r woman that two boys in a black pickup, one blonde and one with darker hair swerved and acted like they were going to hit a juvenile that was believed to be in the third or fourth grade. A deputy made contact with the complainant and said he would keep an eye out for the vehicle. -MCSO received a report of burglar alarm go ing o f in the pharmacy area o f a Heppner business. The building was secure. -M C S O d e p u ty made contact with a subject in Irrigon and advised him to walk his bike as he had no light and no helmet. -M C SO received report from a subject in H eppner th at as he was leaving town he saw a small car with hazard lights on, but as he passed, the car took off and a subject was walking. A deputy was un able to locate any subjects. -M C SO received report from a subject in Irrigon that while she was parked on the side o f the street, a small car started blocking her, but m oved out o f the way as she was calling the sheriff. -M C SO received report o f a red sports car high-beaming the reporter on 1-84. OSP was advised. -M C SO received report from a subject in Irrigon that people in two vehicles were threatening to assault him. MCSO re sponded and determined the call was unfounded. -M C SO received report from a Heppner sub ject on Sage Hill Drive that the neighbor’s dog keeps getting into her yard, knock ing over the garbage cans and stringing the garbage all over her yard. The com plainant advised she had been to the city and went to the n e ig h b o r’s house, but no one was home. She advised she has animals that she keeps chained up and in her yard and everyone else should have to do the same. -M C SO received report from a female subject that she hit a deer on Hwy. 207 at the North Lex Eleva tor. The vehicle was not damaged, but the deer was injured and was still in the road. OSP was advised. I
