It was determined to be an ESD employee who set the alarm off. -MCSO received report from the manager of a mobile home park that she had heard that a small child in the park was taken by some teenage boys. She said she heard that the boys were arrested, but w ondered why she was not contacted. MCSO had no record of such an incident. -MCSO received request for cover from the Umatilla Police Depart ment concerning a woman in Umatilla who said she and her boyfriend had been fighting. The call was can celled while MCSO was en route. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman that her neighbor was yelling at her regard ing her dog. -MCSO cited Apolinar Munoz Gutier rez, 33, for Driving While Suspended-violation. -MCSO received report from a deputy who was out with a suspicious vehicle. It turned out that the subject was taking pic tures of the sunset. -MCSO received request for cover from the Umatilla Police Depart ment that six males were threatening to fight with a gun possibly involved. -Boardman Police Department received re port that a male subject was being disruptive.
