She said he told her to leave, but she didn't as all her clothes w ere at the house. A deputy responded and mediated. -MCSO received report from a H eppner woman that her son was at a friend’s house and a 16- year-old pushed him. -MCSO cited Ly- curgus Eugene Johnson, 36, for VBR, 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO cited Jase Warren Hickey, 23, for Violation o f the Speed Limit. 84 mph in a 65 mph zone. -M CSO deputy spoke to a driver w ho com plained of chest pain and a tingling sensation in his arms. He was transported to the hospital by ambu lance. -MCSO cited John Paul Gersztyn, 32, for VSL, 82 mph in a 65 mph zone. -M C S O c i te d Richard Dean Hall, 60, for V HR. 87 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO cited Mark David Andrew Conta, 32, for VSL, 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that his daughter was walking her house and an unknown male came out side and yelled at her. -MCSO received report o f a $5 drive-off from the Heppner gas sta tion. -M CSO d eputy was flagged down because the subject was lost in Heppner; their GPS was not working. The deputy gave them the correct in formation. -Boardman Police Department cited Robert Wednesday, July 29,2009 Louis Gadotti. 35, for VSL, 51 mph in a 35 mph zone. -BPD received re port of a woman screaming behind a serv ice station in Boardman. One occupant in a truck was watching a movie and girls were yelling about a car wash nearby. -BPD cited Alek- sander Petrovich Mulyk, 34, for Failure to Maintain Safe D istance from an Emergency Vehicle. -BPD, Boardman A m bulance, Boardman Fire Department received report of a rollover single car motor vehicle accident. One subject was trans ported to Good Shepherd Hospital. -BPD received a report from a subject on 1-84 at Boardman that there was a full-sized bear in the road; she said she ran over it and had body damage to her vehicle. -B PD re c e iv e d report from a Boardman woman that her 10-year- old son gets assaulted by a neighbor boy when he goes outside. She reported that the neighbor boy came straight at her son, grabbed sticks and hit him which left bruising around his face. She also reported that the neighbor’s older boy went after her older son a few months ago. -BPD received re port of a boat stuck on the Blalock island between Washington and Oregon with adults and children on the boat. -BPD received a report of a male subject with a dislocated arm. The subject said it had hap pened before, but he just needed an ambulance to be taken to the hospital. -Boardman Am bulance received report of a 26-year-old male with chest pains, a tingling sen sation in his arms and a rapid pulse. He was trans ported to Good Shepherd Hospital. -Heppner Ambu lance reported they were transporting a patient to Kadlec Hospital in the Tri-Cities. -Irrigon Fire De partment received report of a house fire with flames above the house. YO U -Irrigon Fire De partment received several reports of a car fire. May 29: Morrow County S heriff’s Office received report of a male and a female having a dis pute in Heppner. Deputy adv ised it was verbal only and the male was going to stay the night with a friend. -M C S O c i te d Ruby Cobarrubia Munoz, 26, for No Seatbelt and Failure to Carry Proof of Insurance. -MCSO cited Jon David Hanna, 32, for Fail ure to Wear Seatbelt. -MCSO cited Olga Fernandez, 38, for Failure to Use Seatbelt/Child Pas senger. -MCSO received report of criminal mischief in Boardman with someone vandalizing and orchard and a truck. -MCSO cited Ja son Lee Hanna, 34, for Failure to Wear Seatbelt. -M C S O c ite d Richard Earl Fox, 66, for Failure to Wear Seatbelt and passenger Wesley Jor dan Moore, 19, for Failure to Wear Seatbelt. -M CSO cited a male subject for Failure to Use Seatbelt. -M C S O c i te d Sharyn Kay Long, 60, for Failure to Use Seatbelt. -MCSO received report of someone in lone bringing in an old cylinder full of something, leaking and smelling of ammonia. -MCSO cited Da vid Ralph Starkweather, 46, for Failure to Use Seat- belt. -M C S O c i te d Kathleen Ann Durfey, 37, for Failure to Use Seat- belt. -MCSO arrested Joseph Lee Swope, 28, on a Parole and Probation Detention warrant for pa role violation by Llmatilla County Sheriff’s Office. MCSO also has a hold for Escape III. The report was unfounded. -MCSO cited Ger ald M. Callahan, 48, for Failure to Wear Seatbelt and Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon man that his girlfriend took ev erything out of the house that belongs to him except his clothing. The man was in jail when his girlfriend took everything. A deputy spoke to the girl’s family and they said they would arrange to give the items back. -MCSO cited Noe Arevalo Gil, 25, for Viola tion of the Basic Rule, 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received request for an officer at an adult foster home in Irrigon with the owner of the foster home being mean and rude. -MCSO received report of a suspicious ve hicle between Green Feed and the grain elevator in Heppner. It was just people from the ag museum haul ing things away. -MCSO received report o f lights on in a Heppner house with the bottom door open and the dogs barking and growling. MCSO responded and the house was determined to be clear with no forced entry. -MCSO received report of six teenage boys in Boardman digging up a yard and throwing rocks at the residence. The kids w ere just looking for crick ets. -MCSO received report of a possible DU11 driver parked at the pump station off Three-mile Can yon Rd. in Boardman with two males with the vehicle staggering. It was deter mined that the vehicle was stuck and the males were waiting for a tow truck. -MCSO served an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for DUII to Michael A nthony M ullikin, 25, while he was at UCJ on other charges. -MCSO received report of a male and fe male arguing in a pickup parked at the mill zone in Heppner. Vehicle was also seen not maintaining its lane. A woman called MCSO saying she was assaulted by her daughter. The woman, Nicolle Marie Apperson, 37, was arrested for Harassment-Domestic Violence. -MCSO received report o f a domestic in p ro g ress betw een tw o bothers and their mother in Irrigon. MCSO arrested Ivan Salas for two counts of Harassment and Menac ing. He was lodged at UCJ with $9,000 bail. A subject was also cited for MIP. -Boardman Police D epartm ent cited Petra Flores Lemus for Violation of the Speed Limit, 31 mph in a 20 mph zone. BPD cited Daniel Ponciano Tejeda Sanchez, 39. for SL, 30 mph in a 20 mph posted school zone. -BPD received re port that a Boardman bank received a counterfeit $ 100 bill. -BPD received re port of a suspicious vehicle parked at the Boardman Library for a long time. The driver was determined to have been using the internet. -B P D , M C SO , Boardman Ambulance re sponded to a report o f gang members fighting and using baseball bats against an elderly woman. -Boardm an Am bulance received report of a man in his 50s having trouble with the heat, dizzy and having tingling sensa tions in his arms. -Heppner Ambu lance received report of a male with a fracture in his right lower leg. He fell in i the OHV parking lot. May 30: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report from an Ir rigon woman that someone was stealing gas from her vehicle. -MCSO cited Bry an David Avery, 48, for Failure to Wear Seatbelt. -MCSO received report that an Irrigon man would not use his own driveway due to the clut ter and instead drove onto the neighbor’s property to get around it. A deputy made contact and the resi dents will not driver their vehicles over the property line anymore. -MCSO responded to a report of a gang fight in Umatilla. -MCSO cited Ari- ah Nichole Street, 21, for Failure to Use Seatbelt, Failure to Carry Proof of Insurance. -MCSO received report of a vehicle parked in the grass at the far end of the reservoir on Willow Creek Rd. in Heppner. A deputy made contact and the subject moved the vehicle to the appropriate parking area. -MCSO cited Sar ah Anne Kendrick, 46, for Failure to Use Seatbelt- improper use under the arm. -M CSO, Board- man Police Department re ceived report of a possible gang fight in Boardman. Deputies and officers were unable to locate anything. -MCSO received report from a H eppner w om an that a v eh icle behind her was driving slow ly and turning its headlights on and off. A deputy located the vehicle and determined the vehicle was having mechanical dif ficulties. -MCSO received report from a Boardman woman that south o f her home she can see several turquoise lights in a field making motions towards town. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman that they have been having problems with her landlord and she has driven past the residence twice that night. -Boardman Police D epartm ent, Boardman Ambulance received report from a Boardm an sub ject that her husband had been drinking and breaking things and had overdosed on medication at the resi dence. The children were present and sleeping. BPD arrested Robert Loren Les ter, 34, on probable cause charges o f Harassm ent, Interfering with Making a 911 Report and Disorderly Conduct II. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $12,000 bail. -BPD re c e iv e d report from a Boardman woman who saw a bike and a helmet leaning against the bench in front of the library and believes the child riding the bike had been kidnapped. The sub ject did not see anything suspicious, just the bike and helmet. The child was inside the library. -BPD cited Robert Louis Gadotti, 35, for Driv ing While Suspended-vio lation. He had been warned the previous week. -BPD re c e iv e d report of three juveniles drinking in their yard. -BPD received re port of suspicious circum stances with a male juve nile who crossed Wilson Rd. and then disappeared. Officer was unable to lo cate anyone. -Boardman Am bulance received report of gang members fighting and using baseball bats against an elderly woman. -Boardman Am bulance received report o f a male driving from Spokane with a high fever and did not feel safe to drive any further. He was transported. -Heppner Ambu lance received report of a male in Heppner who had overdosed on medication. He was transported to Pio neer Memorial Hospital. -Heppner Ambu lance received request for a 65-year-old male who had been vomiting. May 31: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report o f a dog next door with no shelter or want panting relentlessly. -M C S O c i te d Omar Rodriguez Lua, 19, for Driving While Sus pended. -M C S O c i te d Melvin R. Acosta, 45, for Driving While Suspended- violation. -MCSO received report from a Heppner sub ject that his ex-girlfriend is texting his new girlfriend and saying inappropriate things. -Boardman Police Department received report that the neighbor across the street picked his dog up and threw him across the yard. The reporter had approached him and he told her to mind her own business. -BPD cite d M. Ermelinda Martinez, 47, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 55 mph in a 30 mph zone. -BPD cited a ju venile for No Operator’s License. -BPD cited Nick Lawrence Harrison, 20, for Failure to Use Seatbelt/ Child passenger and cited a 17-year-old for Failure to Use Seatbelt. -BPD cited C e leste Louise Broadfoot, 45, for Driving Uninsured. She was also warned for Unlawful Left Turn, and for presenting an insur ance card known to be no good. -BPD cited Cheryl D. Reynolds for Viola tion o f the Speed Limit and warned for failure to yield. -B P D a rre s te d Soleda Campos, 25, for Driving While Suspended- misdemeanor. -B P D a rre s te d Cory Wayne Branstetter, 31, for Providing False Information to a Police Officer, Failure to Carry and Present. Bail was set at $7,500. He was also cited for Driving While Suspended-violation. -BPD responded to a report of a fight in progress. -BPD cited Jaime Quintero for Violation of the Speed Limit, 42 mph in a 30 mph zone and Driving While Suspended-viola tion June 2: Morrow County Sheriff’s Office cited William Alan Parker, 45, for Driving While Sus pended-violation. -M CSO deputy was to attem pt contact with the owner of horses concerning their horses. -MCSO received report from a H eppner woman who said she had not seen her husband since 10 p.m. Sunday and he was distraught due to their split and showing signs of unusual activities. The subject was at OHSU. -MCSO received report of a small black and white dog following kids down the road and ap pearing to try to bite their ankles. The owner was warned about the dog. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon woman that her cousin hit her vehicle and the cousin is denying it. -MCSO received report of a drive-off at the Heppner station involving a greenish-blue sports car. -Continued on Page EIGHT ♦
