The caller said the boy had been harassing her daughter for several months. The sergeant re sponded and contacted both parties. -Boardman Police Department received report o f a child with a high tem perature. -BPD cited Daniel Ray Nelson, 21, for Unrea sonable noise. -BPD received re port of a non-injury hit and run. The suspect returned and insurance information was exchanged. -BPD received re port from a Boardman man that his son had not yet returned home from school at 5:22 p.m. The juvenile was located. -BPD assisted with a D epartm ent o f Human Services officer for a child that was to be rem oved from a home and placed in another home. M ay 21: Morrow C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice cited Alton Harvey, Sr., 70, for driving 87 mph in a 65 mph zone. -M C SO received a driving hazard on 1-84 in Boardman with a cow appearing ready to cross the road. The owner was contacted and put the cow back in its pasture. -M CSO cited Pa tricia Dawn Cox, 18, for driving 86 mph in a 6 5mph zone. -M C SO received report of a barking dog tied up and barking all day. -M C SO received report o f a subject riding a m otorized scooter you stand on with no helmet and riding fast on the shoulder o f the highway. -MCSO cited Eu- sevio Chavallo, Jr., 47, for driving 82 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO received report o f a vehicle hit by road debris. It was from a tire that exploded. -M CSO received rep o rt for p o ssib le sex abuse. -MCSO cited D eanna Lynn H am ilton, Our Rates Really Stack Up 60, for Failure to Use Seat- belt. -M CSO received report o f a truck parked in the alley behind the Post O ffice and b lo ck in g so the mail truck cannot go through. -M CSO received report from a Heppner sub ject that his daughter was having a hard tim e and needed to speak to someone from behavioral health. -M CSO received re p o rt from a H e p p n e r wom an that a dachshund gets into her yard and chas es her cats. -M CSO received report from John Day dis patch that an ATV accident occurred in the Sunflower Flatts area where the ATV rolled over a man and he possibly had a broken leg. The caller then reported that the man was walking and okay and no medical assistance was needed. -M CSO received report that som eone was burning mattresses and the base of trees near the creek in Heppner. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon man that his truck was stolen and then brought back and the suspect was inside the resi dence. It was determined to be a civil issue. -M CSO received report o f an orange glow from C olum bia Lane all the way down at the end of Wagon Wheel Loop. -M CSO received report o f four teenagers yelling and screaming, who may be smoking and drink ing in Irrigon. -Boardman Police Department cited Don Leon Duncan, 63, for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device. -BPD received re port of a male subject in car at the Boardman City Park just watching the kids. It was unfounded. -BPD received re port of loud music in Board- man. A kers, 36, for Failure to Use Seatbelt. -M C SO received report o f multiple people driving through the OHV park at high rates o f speed. A deputy was requested. -MCSO cited Ricky Lee Pennock, 38, for Driving While Suspended- violation and Failure to Use Seatbelt. The vehicle was impounded. -M C SO sto p p e d a vehicle in Heppner for a possible DU1I. It was negative. -M C S O c ite d a subject for Violation of the Speed Limit, 82 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO cited Les lie Wayne Peine, 54, for Failure to use seatbelt. -MCSO cited Jack Louis Poe, 73, for Failure to Use Seatbelt. -M CSO cited Ra mon Arturo Comparan, 22, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO cited Rod ney Tracy Guttromson, 43, for VBR, 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO received report from a Heppner man that his daughter and her boyfriend stole his pickup and phone. The sheriff made contact and determined it was a misunderstanding and the vehicle was returned. The com plainant did not want to press charges. -M C SO received rep o rt o f a one v e h ic le rollover on 1-84 at Board- man.
