He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail w ith $1,000 bail. -M C SO received report from OSP that they arrested Florentino Hernan dez Tolentio, 23, on an Ir rigon Justice Court warrant for Possession o f a Forged Instrument. He was lodged at UCJ with $6,000 bail. -M C SO received report that an elderly male in H eppner had been on the floor since the previous day. The patient refused transport. -M C SO received report o f cars at an Irri gon residence that are slid ing around the corner and throwing gravel. -M C SO received rep o rt o f a subject who tried to pull a baby out of a female’s arms. The reporter also said he tried to run the female off the road. MCSO a rre ste d R o nald Joshua M ilton, 22, on Probable Cause charges o f Harass m ent and tw o counts o f Reckless Endangering. He was lodged at UCJ with $18,000 bail. -M C SO received a report o f a small child throwing rocks in the road and one o f the rocks hit the reporter’s vehicle, leaving two large dents in the car. The tw o parties were to settle the issue civilly. -M C SO received report from Hermiston Po lice Department that they a rre ste d M artin G eorge Parke, 70, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driv- ing While Suspended. He was lodged at UCJ with $597 bail. -M C SO received report o f a lot o f tire debris on Hwy. 730. It was already removed w hen the sergeant responded. -M CSO received a 911 call w ith a male and fem ale having a rolling dom estic dispute. Benton County was advised on the call. -Boardman Police D epartm ent sited Robert Hernandez, 55, for Viola tion o f the Speed Limit, 38 mph in a 25 mph zone. -BPD cited Sergio Carm ona M oran, 43, for keeping a Dog as a Public Nuisance. -BPD received re port of a bicycle stolen in Boardman. -BPD received re port of the smell of propane around a hotel in Board- man. -BPD received re port o f someone shooting in the Boardman city lim its and it was scaring the caller’s neighbor’s dog so bad it w as chewing through the fence. -BPD cited Eliza beth Velasco, 18, for No O p e ra to r’s L icense and Brenda Zam ora Velasco, 22, for Permitting Unlawful Use o f a Motor Vehicle. -BPD received re port from an officer who said he was out with a heav ily intoxicated male. -H eppner A m bu lance received report from a Heppner woman that her husband, who has COPD, was having trouble breath ing. He was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hos pital. -H eppner A m bu lance received report o f a diabetic in insulin flux. May 10: Morrow C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice received report o f a loud party at a trailer park in Irrigon. The subjects told the deputy that they were celebrating M other’s Day. They were told to keep the noise down. -M C SO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that his daughter from Seattle came to visit him for a week, but she went out on a date with a man in his 50s and he had not heard, nor seen her since then -M C SO received a report from a Lexington man that his neighbor just punched him in the face over a threat to poison a dog to keep it out o f the garbage. James Earl Gowan, 26, was arrested on Probably Cause charges o f harassment. He w as lodged at U m atilla County Jail with $3,000 bail. -M C SO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that someone ran into his fence the previous night or morning. -MCSO cited Cathy Rae Roberts, 57, for Failure to Renew Registration, -M C SO received re p o rt from a H ep p n e r w om an that there was a deaf, blind dog in front of her house. -N C S O receiv ed repot from an Irrigon sub ject o f a live band playing extremely loud. -MCSO cited Felix Rodrigues, 47, for Failure to O bey Traffic C ontrol Device. -M CSO received report from a subject who was cited and very upset and wanted an officer to cite the deputy. -M C SO received report o f three juveniles smoking in the tube at the Irrigon skate park. -M C SO received report that a vehicle bought at an auction with a trunk of helmets. Dispatch was to bring them up to the sher iff’s office. -M C SO received report from a deputy who was assisting a female with children in changing a tire. -M C SO received report of a subject coming out of a driveway in Irrigon 1 running a stop sign at Cali fornia and Division. The caller clocked them at 55 mph the previous day. -M C SO received report of people who w ere fishing at the jetty in Irrigon who caught a sturgeon and had it tied up. The caller did not believe the sturgeon was of the size to be kept. The fish was released before MCSO got on the scene. -M C SO received report from subjects in Ir rigon who said they were having a party and drink ing a lot and had just heard three gun shots. M CSO responded and it was de termined to be loud music. The music was turned off at 9 p.m. -M CSO received a report of loud music in Irrigon. -M CSO received report o f a strange vehicle parked at a building in Hep pner. Deputy advised it was the owner’s vehicle. -M CSO received report that Deschutes Coun ty Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua Adam Russell, 24, for Failure to Pay Fine/ Driving While Suspended. He was lodged at Deschutes County Jail with $6,000 bail. -Boardman Police D e p a rtm en t c ite d Tami Lynette Thurman, 46, for Driving Uninsured. -BPD officer re ported that he was flagged down and advised that a male subject found a radio at the Boardm an M arina that either belonged to law enforcem ent or the park staff. It belonged to the park staff. -BPD cited David Glenn Bradley, 39, for Fail ure to Wear Seatbelt. -BPD received re port from Gilliam County Sheriff’s Office that they were following a small red car going at speeds o f 90- plus on 1-84. BPD stopped and cited Tyler James Cline, 22, for V iolation o f the Speed Limit. -B o a rd m a n Fire D e p a rtm en t, B oardm an Ambulance received report of a 22-year-old male who had swerved to miss a deer on 1-84. The subject was transported to Good Shep herd Hospital with a knee injury. -Boardman Ambu lance received request for mutual aid for an.88-year- old male who was short of breath and could not see. He was transported to Mid Columbia Medical Clinic. May 15: Morrow C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice received report o f a dog barking in lone. MCSO was unable to locate the dog. -M CSO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n woman that her juvenile nephew had not been home since Wednesday. The call er said she had guardianship and she believes she knows where he nephew was. -M C S O t r a n s ported a male juvenile to NORCOR. -MCSO cited Cle mente Martinez Robles, 64 for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO received report from a Boardm an man that three people on horses were riding on his property and he had told them earlier to stay off his property, but he was not sure if they were the same people. The people said the horse took off and that was why they were on his property. They then rode of the property. -MCSO cited Wil liam Leslie McAdams, 26, for VBR, 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO received report o f a male subject all over the road in Irrigon, possibly intoxicated. A dep uty made contact and gave the driver a verbal warning. It was determined he was not intoxicated. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that the neighbors have a little dog that barks all the time and they can’t do any thing in their yard without the dog barking. The owner had been w arned before. -M CSO received report of someone tearing apart a trailer that is n ’t theirs in Boardm an. The people were allowed to be there and nothing illegal was happening. -M CSO received a report from an Irrigon woman that a person has been calling and cussing her out in Spanish. The caller said the ID indicated it was a woman with her sister’s name but it was not her sister and she does not know another woman with that name. -MCSO, Heppner A m bulance received re quest from Pioneer Memo rial Hospital in Heppner for the ambulance crew to respond to help them lift a patient. -Boardman Police Department received report from a Boardman subject who said that while they were in Hermiston someone broke into their car and took the stereo system . BPD responded. -B PD c ite d C u- authem oc C alderon, 36, for Violation o f the Speed Limit. -BPD cited Jose Guadalupe Velasco, 64, for Unlaw ful Use o f Studded Tires. -B P D r e c e iv e d report from a Boardm an subject that someone had broken into his pickup the previous night. -BPD cited Mario Garcia Echevarria. 21, for Failure to Carry Proof o f Insurance, U nreasonable Sound Am plification and Expired Tags. -BPD cited Ryan Cole Decker, 26, for Driv ing While Suspended-vi olation. -BPD received re port from a wom an that she lost her purse w ith her ID and all her papers in it. There was no cash and all the cards had been cancelled. -BPD received a report o f a large group of people starting to form at a Boardman address. It was determ ined to be fam ily members. -BPD received re port o f a dog yelping, pos sibly hurt. BPD responded and determined the dog was crying because the other dog at the residence was lost. The dog had food and water and was not being neglected. May 17: Morrow C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice sergeant responded to assist Boardman Police Depart m ent with a traffic stop. The subject was arrested for DUII -M C SO received report o f a burglar alarm going o ff at a Boardman business. It w as a false alarm. -M C S O c ite d Royce Warren Carr, 61, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 78 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO received request for contact from a Heppner woman who said she had previously lived with her ex-boyfriend, but they have broken up and the ex-boyfriend says he is going to throw her belong ings away. She would like to know her options. -M C SO a rre ste d Leigh Sanders, 51, on a Heppner Justice Court war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/ Failure to Appear. The sub ject was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $85 bail. ' -MCSO cited Kyle J. Rathbum, 18, for VBR, 82 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO received request for an officer and a tow company for a subject I on 1-84 with a flat tire on the horse/stock trailer she is pulling. The subject said she was with her family. -M C SO received report from an Irrigon wom an that her daughter was a runaway. The caller said she believed the daughter is on her way to Bay City, Oregon with her friend and the friend’s father. -M C SO a rre ste d Sam uel D ouglas M artin, 22, for Driving While Sus pended-m isdemeanor. He was cited and released. -MCSO cited Rich ard Dale Smith, 44, for No Operator’s License. -M C SO received report of a vehicle that had just left the Irrigon Shell station w ith tw o kids in the v ehicle w ith no car seats. Deputy made contact and warned the subject for speed. All subjects were in seatbelts. -M CSO received report o f loud music at an Irrigon residence. -M C S O d e p u ty reported he was out with three subjects in Board- man, possibly juveniles, who advised him they were walking home. -Boardman Police Departm ent advised they were removing a road haz ard in Boardman. Alum i num foil was spread across the road. -BPD officer ad vised that tape had been put around a vehicle and he would make contact with the vehicle’s owner. -BPD cited Roger Dean Dix, 61, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 45 mph in a 30 mph zone. -BPD officer re ported he was at the marina when he was flagged down by a subject who said he left his boat at the marina and there was a bunch o f stuff missing out o f it. -BPD cited Keith Eric Brier, 33, for VSL, 89 mph in a 65 mph zone. -BPD cited Daniel Lezama Santoyo, 29, for Failure to Renew Registra tion. -BPD officer re ported he was out with a man with a possibly stolen bike. The color o f the bike was the same, but the brand was not. -BPD officer re ported he was flagged down by a subject concerning a possible criminal mischief complaint. -BPD received re port of a subject refusing to pay for his gas. He had paid for fuel upon arrival. -B P D r e c e iv e d report o f loud m usic on Olive Court in Boardman. They were advised to turn it down. -B P D a r r e s t e d M iguel C laustro Santos, 30, for DU11 and Failure to Carry and Present. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $7,500 bail. -H eppner A m bu lance received a report o f a 92-year-old m ale with severe hip pain. May 19: Morrow C ounty S h e riff's O ffice received report from an Irrigon man who said his wife showed up at the house and started yelling at him. A deputy responded and said he would make a report and forward it to the DA. -MCSO cited Paul J. Keefer, 18, for Failure to Use Seatbelt. -MCSO cited Gua dalupe Velazquez Ruelas, 39, for Failure to Use Seat- belt. -MCSO cited Rafa- ela Guzman De Mendoza, 53, for Failure to Use Seat- belt. -MCSO cited Ofe- lia Balcazar, 50, for Failure to Use Seatbelt. -MCSO cited Cody L. Blazka. 18, for Careless Driving and Failure to Use Seatbelt. -MCSO deputy re ported he was out with a citizen who was a witness to a subject spinning his tires in the gravel. -M C SO received report of a drive-off in Hep pner. It was unintentional. -M C S O , B oard- m an P olice D epartm ent re c e iv e d re p o rt from a Boardman woman that she has tem porary guardian ship o f a 16-year-old male, but would like him out of the residence. She said he refused to follow directions and when he gets made, he starts throw ing stuff and tries to break items. -M C S O , Irrig o n Ambulance received report o f a male in Irrigon halluci nating, vomiting and falling down. -MCSO. Boardman Police Department, Board- man Am bulance received report of a female who fell and hit her head. She was transported to Good Shep herd Hospital. -M C SO received report from an Irrigon sub ject who said he was receiv ing harassing phone calls. -M C SO received re p o rt from a H ep p n er woman that she bought a boat three years ago and finally got around to regis tering it, but it returned to a Heppner couple and there was no Hull #. The former owner said that there was no hull number because it was an aluminum boat from the 50s. -M C SO received report from an lone woman that someone was prowl ing around her residence around 2 a.m. that morning. She reported residences in the area having their gates broken. -M C SO received report of suspicious people at W yoming and Second in Irrigon. There were just putting their horses in a pasture. -Boardman Police Department arrested Lloyd Allan Terpening, 47, on a M orrow C ounty C ircuit Court warrant for Probation Violation/Felon in Posses sion o f a Firearm. He was also arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court war rant for Failure to Appear/ Assault IV. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $30,000 bail. A female sub ject was cited for Possession o f a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine. -BPD cited Justin M adden S m ith , 32, for Failure to Yield to Emer gency Vehicle and Failure to Renew Registration. -BPD cited Fidel Torres, 50, for Failure to Obey Traffic Control De vice, Failure to Carry Proof o f Insurance. -B o a rd m a n F ire Department received a fire call from O reg o n State Police. -H eppner A m bu lance received request for a lift assist for a female who had fallen. She was trans ported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital. May 20: Morrow C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice cited W illiam Vern M c Cann, Jr., 65, for Violation o f the Speed Limit, 39 mph in a 20 mph zone. -MCSO cited Dan iel A rlen W iese, 60, for driving 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO assisted a parole and probation officer in contacting a subject. -M C SO received report of two dogs in a pas ture with a horse. The caller detained both dogs for the d ep u ty and tra n sp o rte d them to Pet Rescue. -M C SO received report o f possible sexual abuse. -MCSO cited Casey Ray Carpenter, 30, for Violation o f the Speed Limit, 81 mph in a 65 mph zone. -M C SO received report o f a prowler at an empty house in Irrigon. I
