the deputy that they were
celebrating M other’s Day.
They were told to keep the
noise down.

ject that his daughter from
Seattle came to visit him for
a week, but she went out on
a date with a man in his 50s
and he had not heard, nor
seen her since then

a report from a Lexington
man that his neighbor just
punched him in the face
over a threat to poison a dog
to keep it out o f the garbage.
James Earl Gowan, 26, was
arrested on Probably Cause
charges o f harassment. He

out of a driveway in Irrigon

running a stop sign at Cali­
fornia and Division. The
caller clocked them at 55
mph the previous day.

fishing at the jetty in Irrigon
who caught a sturgeon and
had it tied up. The caller did
not believe the sturgeon was
of the size to be kept. The
fish was released before
MCSO got on the scene.

having a party and drink­
ing a lot and had just heard
three gun shots. M CSO
responded and it was de­
termined to be loud music.
The music was turned off
at 9 p.m.

pner. Deputy advised it was
the owner’s vehicle.

Driving While Suspended.
He was lodged at Deschutes
County Jail with $6,000
bail.

-BPD officer re­
ported that he was flagged
down and advised that a
male subject found a radio
at the Boardm an M arina
that either belonged to law
enforcem ent or the park
staff. It belonged to the
park staff.

Glenn Bradley, 39, for Fail­
ure to Wear Seatbelt.
-BPD received re­
port from Gilliam County
Sheriff’s Office that they
were following a small red
car going at speeds o f 90-
plus on 1-84. BPD stopped
and cited Tyler James Cline,
22, for V iolation o f the
Speed Limit.

Ambulance received report
of a 22-year-old male who
had swerved to miss a deer
on 1-84. The subject was
transported to Good Shep­
herd Hospital with a knee
injury.

lance received request for
mutual aid for an.88-year-
old male who was short of
breath and could not see.
He was transported to Mid
Columbia Medical Clinic.

unable to locate the dog.

since Wednesday. The call­
er said she had guardianship
and she believes she knows
where he nephew was.

man that three people on
horses were riding on his
property and he had told
them earlier to stay off his
property, but he was not
sure if they were the same
people. The people said
the horse took off and that
was why they were on his
property. They then rode of
the property.

for VBR, 74 mph in a 55
mph zone.

report o f a male subject all
over the road in Irrigon,
possibly intoxicated. A dep­
uty made contact and gave
the driver a verbal warning.
It was determined he was
not intoxicated.

report from an Irrigon sub­
ject that the neighbors have
a little dog that barks all the
time and they can’t do any­
thing in their yard without
the dog barking. The owner
had been w arned before.

report of someone tearing
apart a trailer that is n ’t
theirs in Boardm an. The
people were allowed to be
there and nothing illegal
was happening.

a report from an Irrigon
woman that a person has
been calling and cussing
her out in Spanish. The
caller said the ID indicated
it was a woman with her
sister’s name but it was not
her sister and she does not
know another woman with
that name.

Boardman address. It was
determ ined to be fam ily
members.

port o f a dog yelping, pos­
sibly hurt. BPD responded
and determined the dog was
crying because the other
dog at the residence was
lost. The dog had food and
water and was not being
neglected.

by a subject who said he left
his boat at the marina and
there was a bunch o f stuff
missing out o f it.

ported he was out with a

was the same, but the brand
was not.
