Suspect may have been armed. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that someone went by his house at 50-mph-plus with the lights on, then w ent up the next block and turned off his lights, zig zagging through town. -M CSO received report o f an overloaded truck on 1-84 with pota toes flying off the top o f the load. -M CSO received request for additional pa trol in the area o f Third St. in lone, with emphasis dur ing after school hours and after-school events. -M CSO received report of a male with a tent set up alongside the road on Hwy. 14, Boardman. -M CSO received request for a deputy to a s s is t w ith tw o m ales who were trying to start a physical alteration at the Heppner Shell. Two were warned to leave another male subject alone. -M C S O d e p u ty advised he was out with six people at the Heppner park. -M CSO received report from a subject that a small silver car headed from Lexington to Heppner almost ran him off the road. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $20,000 bail. He w as also lodged on a Uma tilla County LSA warrant for probation violation. -MCSO cited Bon nie Bell, 68, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 62 mph in a 35 mph zone. -MCSO cited Lar ry Jo Bartlemay, 50, for Failure to Use Seatbelt. -M CSO received rep o rt that in fo rm atio n was received that there was going to be a large party at the catfish pond off Divide W ells, ju s t b efore Five Mile Creek Rd. out o f Hep pner towards Ukiah. There were lots o f kids camping in the area talking about a big party. -M CSO received report o f subjects camp ing at the gravel pits with quads and motorbikes tear ing up the road and trails. -M CSO received report of a very loud band in a shop p lay in g very loudly in Irrigon. It was an ongoing issue. -M CSO received report o f a vehicle going only 35 mph down Hep pner Hills. It turned out to be a flat tire. -M CSO received report from a Boardman man that his parents would not let him have his kids back. -MCSO, Heppner Ambulance received report o f a person who fell off a horse right across from the Heppner library. One female was transported to Pioneer M em orial H os pital. -B o a rd m a n P o lice D epartm ent officer received report of a woman who was sleeping in a car and left her lights on and was stranded. There was a Shell station behind her and she is at an espresso place. She locked herself inside the vehicle with the keys in the ignition. A BPD officer advised the driver to pull up the door handle to open the door. The subject opened the door and was okay. -BPD officer re ported he w as out w ith two speed signs down on Marine Drive by the city shops. -BPD officer made contact with a male subject driving on the walk path by 40 mile/Boardman Marina. The subjects were trying to get a m otor put back together. -BPD received re port o f someone playing music really loud west o f the caller’s home. -H eppner A m bu lance responded to a resi dence off Rock Creek for a 66-year-old man with extreme back pain. May 25: Morrow County Sheriff's Office cit ed A1 ice Marie Amettheinz, 52, for driving 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO cited Mar tin Meza Vargas, 43, for Failure to Yield to Pedes trian in a Cross Walk. -M C SO arrested Jose M anzo O regel, 23, for Failure to Carry and Present. He was lodged at U m atilla C ounty Jail with $1,500 bail. He was also cited for No O pera to r’s License and Driving Uninsured. -MCSO cited Ron ald Alan Landon, 47, for V io latio n o f the Speed Limit, 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. -M CSO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n woman that she was sent the wrong medication and she thought it w as an emer gency because she is now out of medication. She was advised that the sheriff’s office could not help her with her medications un less she needed an ambu lance. -M C S O d e p u ty reported he was out with three subjects in the boat launch area o f Three-Mile Tribal area. He was advised to move his property and stay out o f the tribal area or he would be trespassed. -M C S O d e p u ty reported he was out with a male subject who had a driving complaint. He was advised that a guy w as driving crazy on Hwy. 730. Deputy made contact with that vehicle. -MCSO cited Rob ert H ew itt Ellis, 66, for driving 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO arrested Joseph Lee Sw ope, 18, on a H erm iston C ircuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Providing False Inform ation to a Police Officer. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $5,000 bail. -M C S O d e p u ty provided a courtesy ride to Lexington for three per sons whose vehicle was disabled. -M CSO received report of a fire in Irrigon with flames shooting up the back of the residents. -Boardman Police D epartm ent received re port o f a juvenile throwing rocks and almost hitting a truck. -BPD received re port from a subject who said a snake was prevent ing them from leaving a motel in Boardman. -B P D a r r e s te d C h r is to p h e r D e w a y n e Schneider, 26, for Driving While Suspended. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $6,000 bail. -B P D r e c e iv e d report from a Boardman woman that she had ju st moved from the residence where she was living and the female she was living with has changed the locks, left the house and taken her truck. Caller would like her truck back. -B P D r e c e iv e d report from a Boardman woman that her 13-year- old daughter was assaulted by a 19-year-old woman at the high school. Kayle Danielle Barnett, 18, was arrested for Physical Ha rassment. -BPD cited Ahmed Abdi Ali, 20, for Driving U ninsured. The vehicle was towed. -BPD received re port from Tri-Corn that a silver Chevy Malibu was going east-bound on 1-84. The vehicle was stopped by OSP before reaching Morrow County. -B P D r e c e iv e d report o f a male subject walking around in the park possibly on som e form o f intoxicants “ running around like he w as on LSD.” BPD responded and subject is a trucker on a layover and would be gone the next day. -Heppner Fire De partment received report of neighbors burning rugs and other possibly illegal bum m aterial. The fire c h ie f checked the bum and de termined it was legal. -Irrig o n A m b u lance received report o f a house fire. EMS responded for possible injuries. -B o ard m an F ire Department responded to assist Irrigon Fire Depart ment with a house fire. M ay 26: The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report o f crim inal m ischief at the Heppner City Park w ith broken sprinklers and van dalism to the restrooms. -M CSO received report that Kyle Raymond Sullivan, 18, turned him self in on a circuit court warrant for Failure to Ap- pear/Frequenting a Place Where a Controlled Sub stance is Used. -M CSO received report of two females lying on the railroad tracks. Of ficer determined they were taking senior pictures and advised them o f safety and trespass issues. They apol ogized and told him they would not do it again. -M CSO received report o f the ex ten sio n cord and plug stolen from the library/school bus. A deputy responded. -M CSO received report from a Lexington subject that she had re ceived a call from a subject who told her they were go ing to deliver “winnings’ in a limo. He said that when the “w innings” were de livered, a lawyer, a woman and the caller will also be at the location. -M CSO received report that a Heppner wom an was driving a pickup with new plates and she does not have a d riv e r’s license. -M CSO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n woman who said her 17- y ear-o ld g ran d d a u g h ter and her d a u g h ter’s boy friend were arguing over a three-year old. -M C SO , Irrig o n Ambulance received report from an Irrigon w om an that her 26-year-old daugh ter ate what she believed were Morrell mushrooms two hours previously and was ill and vomiting. The daughter’s boyfriend also ate the m ushroom s, but was not at the location. She was transported by ambu lance to Good Shepherd H ospital. The boyfriend w as also co n tacted and was going to respond to the hospital. -M CSO received report o f a car accident in Heppner. The parties ex changed information. -M CSO received report o f a subject slumped over the steering w heel on 1-84. The vehicle was unoccupied. -M CSO received report o f a driver having trouble maintaining its lane on 1-82. A deputy located the vehicle along side o f the road and determ ined that the d riv er w as im paired, but did not witness any driving. The driver voluntarily agreed to have his car towed and spend the night in a motel. -M CSO received a 911 call from an Irrigon subject. The d isp a tc h er heard a disturbance in the background, but a female caller took the phone away from the male caller and advised that her husband misdialed and it was only a verbal argument. -M CSO received reports o f a male yelling and sw earin g at a re s i dence. It was a verbal dis pute only. The subjects agreed to stop creating the disturbance. -M C S O c ite d Rubelio Cortez Sanchez, 19, for V iolation o f the Basic Rule 94 mph in a 55 mph zone, and Failure to Carry Proof o f Insurance. The subject consented to a search o f the vehicle and nothing was discovered. -Boardman Police Department received citi zen contact with a subject looking for a place to eat. -BPD, Boardman Ambulance received report from a subject that his arm and m outh w ent num b, although he was conscious 1 and breathing fine. -BPD officer re sp o n d e d to a re p o rt o f burglary and theft. -BPD received re port o f a cold burglary with one o f the units broken into. -B P D r e c e iv e d report o f a m ale subject calling a residence making th re a ts tow ard his g irl friend. -B P D r e c e iv e d report o f a m ale subject yelling and swearing at a residence. -BPD received re port o f a 20-year-old who had fallen approxim ately 10 feet, landed on his head and w as b leed in g from the head. The subject was conscious. A friend was transporting him to GSH. -BPD cited Mace- donio In iesta M artinez, 33, for Driving While Sus pended violation. He was also w arn ed for illeg al window tint, measured at 28 percent. The vehicle was impounded. -BPD cited M at ilda Fay Williams, 32, for two counts o f Failure to U se S e a tb e lt-c h ild and Operation without required lighting. BPD cited Carlos Antonio Ramirez, 18, for Failure to Use Required Lighting on a Bicycle. -BPD cited Nico las Eloy Pando, 30, for Driving Uninsured. -H eppner A m bu lance received report o f a male subject in his 60s hav ing trouble speaking, but no trouble with movement. He was transported to Pio neer Memorial Hospital. -H eppner A m bu lance received report of a 78-year-old with diabetic insulin shock. The ambu lance responded, but the subject refused transport. May 28: Morrow County. S h e riff’s, D f f ic e , a rre s te d N ic o lle M arie Apperson, 41, for Driving W hile Suspended/m isde- meanor and Criminal Tres pass II. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $7,500 bail. A mail sub ject was also arrested for Criminal Trespass II and was lodged at UCJ with $1,500 bail. The vehicle was towed. -M CSO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n wom an that she and her boyfriend were in a fight and he was pushing her dow n the drivew ay and y e llin g at her to leave. She said he was heavily intoxicated. MCSO Deputy arrested Geraldine Dodson, 39, for Assault IV-Domes- tic Violence. -M C SO arrested Joseph A rthur M anning, 23, on a warrant for Con tempt o f Court/Failure to com plete alcohol educa tio n . He w as lodged at Umatilla County Jail with no bail. He was also cited for Possession o f Less than One Ounce o f Marijuana. John Ellis M anning, 18, was cited for MIP. -M CSO received report o f a doe and fawn dead in the middle o f the lane on a curve and severe drop-off area on Hwy. 74 near lone. ODOT removed the deer and a raccoon. -M CSO received report o f live ammo found in H eppner. The sh e riff responded and collected a small amount o f ammo and advised he would give it to the range m aster to destroy. -M CSO received report from an Irrigon sub ject that young neighbor children have been taking mail from her mailbox. -M CSO received report that Hermiston Po lice arrested Debbie Lynn Clark, 46, on a M orrow County Circuit Court war rant for Failure to Appear/ Possession o f a Controlled Substance II and a Circuit Court warrant for Failure to A ppear/Felon in Pos session o f a Firearm and P o ssessio n o f M etham - phetamine. She was lodged at UCJ on Umatilla County warrants with holds placed for Morrow County. -M CSO received re p o rt from an Irrig o n woman that a male subject was at the residence. There was a restraining order bar ring the man from going to the residence or having contact with the subject. M CSO arrested Stephen Jeremiah Bowles, 31, for V iolation o f Restraining Order. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $5,000 bail. -M CSO received report from the D epart ment o f Human Services o f sexual abuse. -M CSO received report o f a possible DUII driver in Wheeler County whose address returns to Heppner. -M CSO received report o f a fire at the east end o f the Irrigon Marina. -M CSO received report o f two subjects run ning toward the fish hatch ery from the north end of Patterson Ferry Rd. and one o f the males possibly had a rifle. Deputy made contact, and determ ined there w ere no w eapons; they w ere ju st w atching the deer. -M CSO received report o f a male sitting on the bench in front o f the library in Heppner making rude gestures to passing motorists and having con frontations with people at the park. Deputy advised subject to calm down and he returned to his apart ment. -M C SO , B oard- m an Police D epartm ent received report o f a fe male yelling for help at a Boardm an residence and .La male subject wearing no shirt was running through yards. Boardm an Police a rre ste d G regory A llen Jones, 42, for two counts of Harassment, two counts of Criminal Trespass and Dis orderly Conduct. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $12,000 bail. -BPD cited Clint William Bellamy, 27, for driving 31 mph in a 20 mph school zone. -BPD cited Able Omar I. Verduzco, 22, for Driving While Suspended/ violation and Driving Unin sured. He was also warned for speed in a school zone and his vehicle was im pounded. -B P D r e c e iv e d rep o rt o f g raffiti in the Boardman area with some one writing “ 13” in gang writing on one o f the mail boxes at an apartment com plex. -BPD found graf fiti at the intersection o f Oregon Trail and Ander son. -Heppner Fire De partment received report of a large amount o f smoke between Chase and Court Streets. It was a controlled bum in a bum barrel. -Irrig o n A m b u lance received report from a subject who believed his father was having a stroke.
