He was currently lodged at Uma tilla County Jail on other charges. -MCSO reported that David William Harris, 23, was served a Clacka mas County restraining order. -MCSO received report of a vehicle that slid off the roadway. He was warned for expired tags. -Boardman Police Department arrested Chris topher Dewayne Schneider, 26, for DUII with a bac of .08. He was lodged at UCJ with $6,000 bail. -BPD received report of loud pounding going on since 6:30 a.m. at a Boardman residence. When contacted, the sub ject said he would wait until later in the morning to break concrete with a sledge hammer. -BPD received report of a possible MIP party. -Boardman Fire Department received re quest for mutual aid from Boardman for a train that is sparking fires on the railroad tracks. April 23: Morrow County Sheriff's Office arrested Armilda Lucile Guerrero, 36, on a Mor row County Justice Court warrant. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO transport ed a juvenile from NOR- COR to juvenile court in Heppner. -MCSO received request to speak to the un der sheriff for an incident regarding fraud. MCSO cited Scott Fredric Freshner, 45, for No Operator's License. -MCSO deputy re covered a stolen gun out of Ukiah. -MCSO received report of a backpack w ith driver’s license and con tents scattered on the floor of the ladies’ restroom in Irrigon. -MCSO received report that Salem Police Department arrested Lisa Marie Hess, 35, on an Ir rigon Justice Court w arrant for Failure to Pay Fine/ Driving While Suspended. She was lodged at Marion County Jail with $1,407 bail. -MCSO received report of a 12-year-old girl in Irrigon being physically abused by her mother. -MCSO responded to a report of a subject at an Irrigon location steal ing stuff. The reporter said the subject had not been drinking, but is not sure if the subject had taken drugs. The subject said he would not take anything the reporter said not to. -M CSO, H epp ner Ambulance received several 911 calls from a subject in Lexington who said his father was choking on a piece of meat. On the third call back it was deter mined that the father was breathing and talking. He w as transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital. -MCSO cited Joan Marie Dieter, 60, for Viola tion of the Basic Rule, 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received report of a 17-year-old girl missing from Irrigon. -MCSO received request for extra patrol for construction workers in Heppner who were re ported to be speeding. -MCSO received report from a Riverside High School teacher who said that there were two high school students who wanted to speak to an of ficer. The students advised that another student was thrown out of her resi dence. The parents were contacted and said they were having problems with their daughter. The daugh ter was to spend the night somewhere else. -MCSO received report of a domestic dis pute in Boardman with a man hitting his brother. -Boardman Police Department cited Scott Fredric Freshner, 45, for No Operator's License and Possession of Less Than One Ounce of Marijuana. He was also warned for driving with no insurance. He was also ordered to ap pear for Falsifying a Drug Test. -BPD cited Neal David Breinholt, 52, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -BPD received re port of a possible fight at the Boardman City Park after school. Officer was unable to locate anything. -BPD received re port of a pit bill out and barking aggressively.
