The truck was pulled out by a grader. -MCSO was notified that Medford PD had arrest ed Jerry Lamar Boyd, 33, on a Morrow County warrant for failure to pay fine for the original charge o f giving false information to a police officer. The subject was also arrested for failure to pay fine for the original charge o f maintaining a dog as a public nuisance. -MCSO received a call from a female subject stating that her sister and niece were badgering her mother. The caller stated that she and her mother had paperwork showing that the sister and niece have been using the m other’s credit cards without authorization. The caller requested deputy contact. -MCSO received a theft complaint involving a bicycle. -MCSO received a report o f a trespass in prog ress. The caller stated that several 4-wheelers were rid ing on the property. Chris topher Dewayne Schneider, 26, was issued a citation for crim inal tresp ass II. Subject was already lodged at UCJ. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Amy Kay Snyder for Violation o f the Speed Law 55 in a 35. January 22: The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received report o f an alarm triggered at Head Start. They advised it was a false alarm. -MCSO cited Kiley Gywn Post, 20, for No Operator’s License and Driving Uninsured. -MCSO arrested Timothy Lawrence Hab- erstich, 50, for Assault IV and Burglary I. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $31,000 bai. -MCSO received a report o f a residential burglar alarm in Heppner. It was a false alarm. The subject had returned to the house and did not turn the alarm off in time. -MCSO, Heppner Ambulance, Heppner Fire Department received report o f a rollover accident on South Highway 207 near Heppner. -Boardman Police Dept, received report from a Boardman subject that a male broke a window in his sister’s apartment. -Boardman Fire Department received report o f a fifth-wheel on fire on Wilson Lane in Boardman -Boardman Fire Department received report o f a fire in the median on 1-84 East-bound near Boardman. It was a con trolled bum. January 23: Mor row County Sheriff’s O f fice, Heppner Ambulance, Heppner Fire Department received report o f a one- vehicle accident between H eppner and L exington. The vehicle rolled, but the driver was reported to be out o f the vehicle and walking around. -M C S O a rre s te d Robert Scott Martin, 37, on a M orrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Assault IV. He was released on his own recogni zance with $100,000 bail. -MCSO cited Toby Rodriguez, 38, for Driving while Suspended-Revoked -MCSO received re port from an Irrigon man that he and his step-daughter were in a verbal dispute about her moving out. -MCSO received re port that money was stolen from a Heppner High School student at the school. A MCSO deputy responded. -M C S O re c e iv e d report o f a wounded goose walking on north First and Highway 730. The goose was taken care of. -MCSO received re port from an Irrigon subject that there is illegal activity across the street with the people hauling in junked cars and attempting to build a fence. -M CSO cited Keri Ann Johnson, 26, for Viola tion o f the Basic Rule/74 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received re port o f a dead deer on the fog line near the Pettyjohn Building in Heppner. Subject was lodged at Uma tilla County Jail. -BPD cited M aria De Jesus Torres, 41, for Vio lation o f the Speed Limit. -Heppner Fire De partm ent received report o f a vehicle in the ditch on Hwy. 74 near lone. January 26: Mor row County Sheriff’s Office received report o f a subject breaking w indows out of his father's vehicle in Irrigon. A subject advised that the situation had not yet gotten physical. -M C S O re c e iv e d report o f a bail o f hay in the middle o f the road on eastbound 1-84 near Board- man. -B oardm an Police Department received report o f a semi that lost its trailer and is sideways in the board. One man was cited for Fail ure to Obey Police Officer. -Irrigon Ambulance received report o f a male subject who fainted and hit his head. The subject, who then regained conscious ness, refused transport.
