DA’s Report Morrow County District Attorney Elizabeth Bal lard has released the following report: -David Douglas Dyer, 45, was conv icted o f Reck lessly Endangering Another Person, a Class A misde meanor, and was sentenced to 180 days incarceration with 180 days suspended, 24 months bench probation, and other numerous conditions. Dyer was also convicted o f Pointing a Firearm at Another, an unclassified misdemeanor and was sentenced to 30 days incarceration with 30 days suspended, 24 months bench probation, and other numerous condi tions.
