-David Douglas Dyer, 45, was conv icted o f Reck
lessly Endangering Another Person, a Class A misde
meanor, and was sentenced to 180 days incarceration with
180 days suspended, 24 months bench probation, and other
numerous conditions. Dyer was also convicted o f Pointing
a Firearm at Another, an unclassified misdemeanor and was
sentenced to 30 days incarceration with 30 days suspended,
24 months bench probation, and other numerous condi
tions. Total fines, fees and assessments were$ 1,602.
-Maria Cochran, 30, was convicted o f Giving False
Information for Issuance/Service o f Citation/Warrant, a
Class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 180 days
incarceration with 177 days suspended, 12 months bench
probation, other numerous conditions, and pay $633 in
fines, fees and assessments.
-Doreen Harris Davalos, 46, was convicted of Theft
in the First Degree, a Class C felony, a sentenced to six
months incarceration, one year post-prison supervision,
other rtumerous conditions, and' pay $1,288 in fines, fees
and assessments.
