He was lodged at the Polk County Jail. -MCSO cited Tyson Paul Chambers, 20, for Vio lation o f the Speed Limit, 86 mph in a 65 mph zone. -B oardm an Police D e p a rtm e n t c ite d Ju an Longoria, Jr., 36, for Viola tion o f the Speed Limit, 51 mph in a 35 mph zone. -BPD arrested Alex Covarrubia Espain, 22, for Driving While Suspended felony. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $12,000 bail. He was also cited for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device and Open Container. -B PD O ffice r a t tempted to overtake a ve hicle driving 128 miles per hour. The officer cancelled as Oregon State Police had units in the area and Tribal Police were set up. Uma tilla County Sheriff’s Office stopped the vehicle near Pendleton. The vehicle was determined to be stolen out o f Hermiston. Jan. 4: M o rro w C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice cited Robert Gean Dieter, 22, for Failure to Yield to a Traffic Control Device, Fail ure to Drive Within Lane. -MCSO received re port o f a male and a female arguing in a vehicle at the Bank o f Eastern O regon Parking lot in Irrigon. There was no assault and the ve hicle drove away. -MCSO, Boardman Police Department, Irrigon Fire D epartm ent, Irrigon Ambulance, Boardman Am bulance, Oregon Department o f Transportation and O r egon State Police responded to a report o f a head-on col lision on Highway 730 two miles east o f Irrigon. Three people were transported to Good Shepherd Hospital in Hermiston. -M C S O re c e iv e d request for deputy contact from an lone woman who said that another woman was harassing her and stole a gun from her grandfather. Deputy determined that it was a civil issue and was resolved. -MCSO received re quest from Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office for assis tance with a female trapped in mud at the Cold Springs Reservoir. The request was cancelled. -M C SO cited Joe Ines H urtado Pineda, Jr., for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device. -BPD received re port o f a vehicle going about 100 mph, swerving in and out on 1-84. The vehicle was driving the speed limit when the officer found it. Jan . 5: M o rro w C ounty S h e riff’s O ffice a rre sted R obert E dw ard Flanagan, 33, for Hit and Run-property damage. He was also cited for Failure to Perform Duties o f a Driver with Property Damage and Driving while Suspended- Violation and Driving Un insured. -MCSO, Boardman Police Department reported numerous incidents o f driv ing too fast due to weather conditions, vehicles off the road, a semi truck sliding and unable to make it over a bridge near Boardman and several accidents. -MCSO received re port o f a semi jack-knifed in the median on 1-84 near Boardman. OSP respond ed. -MCSO received re port o f a SUV that rolled in the median on 1-84. -MCSO received re port o f a vehicle that rolled on 1-84. -BPD arrested Lore- na Sanchez Perez, 22, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Assault, Menacing, Harassment. She was also charged with Escape III and Resisting Arrest. She was lodged with $27,000 total bail. MCSO assisted. -M C S O a rre s te d Daniel A. Macomber, 37, on warrant. -MCSO deputy re ported that he was out with an Irrigon resident who said that his wife was using his Social Security Number to get dish network in Idaho. -MCSO received re port from a Heppner man that kids were out by his n e ig h b o r’s sn o w m o b ile. When asked, they said they were hanging out. Reporter requested additional patrol. -Boardman Am bu lance responded for tazer deployment and advised that the patient refused transport to the hospital. Jan. 6: -MCSO is sued a citation to Heather Dawn Evans, 28, for failure to use a seatbelt. -MCSO issued a ci tation to David Alan Stubbs Jr., 35, for failure to wear a seatbelt (x2) on a child. He was also issued a citation for failure to use a seatbelt for a child. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Sherry Lee Bolling Gallagher, 44, for failure to use a seatbelt properly. -M C S O issu e d a citation to Tonya Leanne Gardner, 23, for failure to use a seatbelt. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Tyson Lee Riley Kegler, 20, for possession o f less than one ounce o f marijuana. -BPD received a re port from a female subject who stated that her boyfriend was heavily intoxicated and had come over to her house and was trying to take her child from her. He was also threatening to hit her over the head with a bottle. -H e p p n e r A m b u lance received an EMS call requesting an ambulance for a female subject who could not get off the couch. Hep pner Ambulance responded. MCSO and Lexington EMT also responded. The patient was transported to the hos pital. -H e p p n e r A m b u lance received an EMS call from a female who state that her mother had a severe nose bleed and could not get it to stop. The caller also stated that her m other had high blood pressure. H eppner Ambulance responded and transported the patient to Pi oneer Memorial Hospital.
