The Golden Award w inner for excellence in PE was Mrs. C lough’s home- -1CABO M eeting (Dec. 11): ODOT will be in lone for the ICABO Meeting to discuss Horseshoe Bend at 7:30 a.m. at Colliers. -C h a m b e r B o ard positions: Nominations for open and renewing board positions will be discussed at the December 4 and 11 chamber meetings. -Town and Country: Nominations are open for Town and C ountry com munity awards. Town and Country will be held on Thursday, January 15, starting at 6 p.m. The event will be held at the fair grounds this year to accom modate more seating. The caterer will be “Puddin on room; for the library it was M rs. R ill’s h o m ero o m ; for the cafeteria was Mrs. Smith-Griffith’s homeroom; Music was the 5-6,h choir group; and for the cleanest classroom it was Mrs. Al len’s homeroom. HES had 79 students M o rro w C o u n ty with perfect attendance for C reative Arts and C rafts the 1S1 quarter o f the 2008-09 will host a workshop with school year. Robert Walton on April 21, 22 and 23. Classes will be a mountain and lake with fall colors and the reflection o f a H o p e /V a lb y /A ll cabin in the lake. The work lone will hold their annual Christmas Open House on Friday, December 5, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will include food and door prizes from local businesses. Weather permitting there will be pony cart rides provided by Kristy Crowell. Wreathes created by various organizations can be bid on at Taylor’s Restaurant. Bidding is open until December 14.
