The Deputy responded and Thomas Albert Johnson, 44, was arrested on a Doug las County Circuit Warrant. -BPD received a re port from a caller that two male subjects took off run ning from that back o f his residence. The subject had gotten into his truck, but nothing was missing. -Boardman Fire De partm ent was advised o f possible smoke from a re kindled fire. -Boardman Ambulance re ceived a report from a caller that a 49 year old male with abdominal pain. July 14: -MCSO a report from a caller in Ir- rigon that a male subject stopped her in her driveway and threatened to shoot an other subject. -MCSO received a complaint in Irrigon about a basketball hoop in the roadway. -BPD received a re port from a caller that an employee had stolen some gasoline. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner who had found a cigarette on a juvenile sub ject and would like deputy contact. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Hep pner about a vehicle that was blocking a fire hydrant. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Ir rigon that his tenants didn’t water the yard and the inte rior o f his residence is tom up. -MCSO received a report from the Irrigon Jus tice Court that there was a verbal domestic dispute. -M C S O a rre s te d Kirk Alan Looslie, 33, on a warrant for probation viola- tion/felon in possession o f a weapon. -BPD received a re port o f a motor vehicle ac cident on 1-84. Call was discon nected and no answer on call back. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone whose caregiver had gone to another residence and he was in need o f the care giver. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Hep pner that there was a female in a wheelchair out with her dog and thought she may need assistance. -BPD received a re port o f a male subject who was sitting on the side o f the road by a cornfield and was possibly intoxicated. -BPD issued a cita tion to a female subject for violation o f the speed limit o f 49 mph in a 30 mph speed zone. -BPD out on location contacting a female subject o f an illegal dumping. -BPD issued a cita tion to Victor Noel Hurtado C asas, 23, for failure to display a license plate in the front o f the vehicle. -BPD advised some subjects who were swim ming around the barge area that they were not allowed to swim there. -BPD issued a cita tion to Altagracia Chavez Herrera, 29, for failure to obey traffic control device. -BPD issued a cita tion to David Jonathon Ste phens, 27, for violation o f the speed limit of 55 mph in a 30 mph speed zone. -BPD issued a c i tation to Esteba C laustro Rodriguez, 65, for driving without an operator’s license and defective lighting. -Boardman Am bu lance received a call about an 89 year old female who looks like thy might pass out. -BPD received a re port from a caller that there is a pit bull that they have been having problems with. C aller also advises that there is a trailer traveling along the road that has lost one o f its tires. Call was transferred to Benton County because it was out side o f Morrow County.
