Gonzalez-Reyes, 41, for Passing in a No Passing Zone. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Ir rigon o f three juveniles pos sibly smoking in a tunnel at the skate park. -Boardman and Ir rigon Fire depts. received a report o f a field fire in Irrigon. -Irrigon ambulance received a request for an ambulance from a caller in Irrigon who had been lifting weights then his shoulder started hurting.
