Forest Serv ice was notified and will be sending units in. -MCSO received a 911 hang up call. -MCSO received a theft complaint out of Uma tilla County. -MCSO arrested Richard Michael Lutz, 54, for disobeying a traffic con trol device. The subject was also cited for DU1I. -MCSO and was ad vised that a male subject at the North Shell in Boardman was scared to walk home be cause his friend was scaring him by saying crazy things. The subject does not want to go home until they talk to an officer. BPD responded and advised. Boardman Ambu lance responded. -BPD issued a cita tion to Laura Salud Ochoa Gonzalez, 29, for no opera tor’s license and no insur ance. -BPD received a 911 hang up call. -BPD arrested two male subjects for possession of a controlled substance. -A BPD officer ad vised being in a foot pursuit with three juveniles that came out of the Mormon church in Boardman. Sept. 16: -MCSO received a report of a vehicle driving down the highway with an open door. MCSO stopped the vehicle. They fixed the door and are back on the road. -MCSO received a call from ADT Security stat ing that a motion sensor was going off in the office at Ir- rigon High School. Contact was made with the principal and he advised that he had thought it was disarmed correctly. -BPD was advised of a 27 year old female com plaining of sharp stomach pain. An officer responded and assisted Boardman Am bulance -BPD issued a cita tion to a male subject for violating the speed limit by going 44 mph in a 30 mph zone. -BPD received a 911 hang up call. -Boardman Fire De partment received several 911 calls on a fire on the west side of 1-84 that looks to be threatening the power poles. The fire department responded and the fire is out. -Boardman Ambu lance received a call regard ing a subject that has been throwing up really bad for the last three days. The subject has not eaten any thing recently and has had stomach problems for some time now. Sept. 17: -MCSO and BPD received a call re garding a car on the gravel part of the road and a female screaming like she was very scared. -MCSO and Irrigon Ambulance received a 911 call involving a 77 year old male having chest pains. The patient was conscious and breathing but confused. -MCSO received a theft complaint of someone stealing an electric gate at the end of a driveway. The gate was later found. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Elma Salas-Rafael, 40, for violation of the basic rule by going 69 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a theft complaint of a storage unit being broken into. -MCSO received a report of a suitcase being stolen from a vehicle at the Rufus Shell station. The sus pect vehicle was eastbound on 1-84. MCSO was unable to locate the vehicle. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Rodolfo Sanchez Martinez, 30, for violation of the basic rule by going 79 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report of male juvenile walking on Highway 74. The reporter believed the juvenile might have been kicked out of a vehicle. MCSO was unable to locate anyone. -MCSO received a 911 hang up. -MCSO and Board- man Fire Department re ceived a report of a roll over motor vehicle accident with unknown injuries. OSP handled the call with assis tance from BPD. Boardman Ambulance transported a patient to Good Shepherd Hospital. -BPD issued a cita tion to Dee Edward Ellis, 40, for violation of the basic rule by going 49 mph in a 30 mph zone. -BPD issued a cita tion to Frances Caneros Sanchez, 31, for violation ob the basic rule by going 55 mph in a 30 mph zone. -BPD received a re port of a minor in possession at Riverside High School. Sept. 18: -MCSO issued a citation to Ralph Mitchell Dabling, 74, for failure to use a seatbelt. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Scot Lee Cooper, 42, for failure to use a seat- belt. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Tina Lynn Carson, 38, for failure to use a seat- belt. -MCSO received a report of a shop being bro ken into and ransacked. The reporter stated that a pickup with a welder had been stolen. -MCSO received a report of juveniles smoking marijuana on the bleachers at the skate park. Citations were issued to a juvenile for carrying a concealed weapon (brass knuckles) and for possession of mari juana, less than one ounce. The subject was trespassed from the location. -BPD received a theft complaint of a dog that had been stolen out of the reporter’s car. The reporter thought she knew who had stolen the dog. Electric Co-Op to Perform Tree Trimming Operations in Area Columbia Basin Electric Co-Op, and their subcontractors, w ill be conducting their annual tree trimming operation throughout the service territory during the next six weeks. Trimming of trees around power lines is an annual chore and is required by Oregon PUC and REA to reduce outages and insure continuity of electrical service. Areas affecting both Primary (distribution) and Secondary (individual service connections) lines will be cleared.
