The OAOA has an immediate need for officials in football, volleyball and soccer. The driver did not know where he was going. -BPD cited and re leased Nora Marie Perez, 36, for failing to appear for POC II. -BPD received a re port that the subject was being harassed by another female and was violating her “no contact order.” -BPD received a re port that the reporter’s car w indshield was broken. -BPD received a re port that several juveniles spray painted the reporter’s van. -H e p p n e r A m b u lance transported an 89- year-old female who had shortness of breath. J u n e 24: -M CSO and BPD received a report from a subject that her hus band’s friend’s spouse was at th e ir hom e harassin g her juvenile daughter. The deputy responded and made contact with both parties. -MCSO responded to a report about a party that was being loud in Irrigon in a residence behind the Shell Station. The reporter thought that there w ere children drinking there as well. MCSO made contact with the reporter and advised her how to handle the dog. -MCSO received a report that the reporter ad vised that he was being ha rassed by phone by a female. MCSO responded and the suspect was advised not to call again. -MCSO received a report that a subject was tipping the tables over at the park in Heppner due to water build up. -MCSO received a report about the reporter’s 15-year old sister who was out o f control. She was as saulting others. All subjects involved were separated and talked about it when they were all cooled off. -M CSO, BPD and Boardman Ambulance re ceived a report that a lady was walking down the road crying hysterically and had bite marks all over her neck. The marks and crying were from her boyfriend beating her up. The deputy went out at a possible address to look for the boyfriend. The boyfriend was still calling her on the phone. -BPD received a re port from a reporter who adv ised there was a beeping sound that is going off. He thought it might have been a carbon monoxide alarm go ing off. It went off for about five minutes, but then he did not hear it anymore. -BPD issued a cita tion to Araceli Dominguez for failing to use a seatbelt on a child. -BPD received a re port about a vehicle parked beside the road. No one was around. The driver was go ing for a walk. -BPD issued a cita tion to George Willard Tip pett, 58, for violating the speed limit by going 39 mph in a 25 mph zone. -Boardman Ambu lance transported a 57-year old female, who fell, was dizzy and could not get up, to Good Shepherd Hospi tal. -Irrigon Ambulance assisted a 240year-old male who had a severe headache. The subject was currently on new medication. The subject was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. Help was sent and they were not a hazard to the roadway. -MCSO received a report that a suspicious fe male was carrying a back pack and bag and was head ing towards the Shell sta tion with no money. MCSO responded and the female subject advised she was passing through. -MCSO responded a report about a domestic argument over a dog.
