May 19: -M C SO receiv ed a rep o rt o f a possible intoxicated driver eastbound on 1-84. MCSO responded. -MCSO received a report that three subjects beat up a male subject. BPD responded as backup. Tonya Ann Abbott, Tyrell Edward Camper, and Jeremiah Cruz were arrested by MCSO for burglary I and assault III. S ubjects w ere lodged at UCJ. -MCSO received a report that som eone had thrown a skinned cat out in the middle of the shamrock in Heppner. The animal was determined to be a raccoon, not a cat. -MCSO received a report of two horses out on the highway. MCSO assisted in their capture and return. -MCSO received a call stating that the reporter had a visitation order but his ex-wife did not want to meet at the scheduled place.
