were arrested by MCSO for
burglary I and assault III.

thrown a skinned cat out in
the middle of the shamrock
in Heppner. The animal was
determined to be a raccoon,
not a cat.

the highway. MCSO assisted
in their capture and return.

call stating that the reporter
had a visitation order but his
ex-wife did not want to meet
at the scheduled place. She
w ants him to go to her
residence to pick up his
daughter.
