The meeting will take place on the 31st day of May 2007 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. The students are joined 454 204 0 hy their teachers, shown in a different outdoors light, and 557 204 500.000| counselors from the high school. The week is filled with classes about weather, trees, soil, maps, water quality and water life, and survival. Each day of outdoor school is ended with campfire that involves a lot singing and dancing. There is a lot of singing and dancing throughout the day. The drum s had skull and crossbones labels, plus names and numbers. It was deter mined the check was fake from a person in Sweden to Illinois to the caller. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a re port from a caller in Board- man that a female subject slapped her hard across the face. -MCSO received a report from a caller on 1-84/ Patterson Ferry that a semi truck driver was throwing cigarette butts out the win dow. -MCSO received a report from a caller on High way 207 that a vehicle was driving erratically all over the road. -MCSO received a walk-in report of a non-in jury motor vehicle accident; the driver was pulling out of a driveway and misjudged the shoulder. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrig on that he was moving and bought some trees, but the trees were taken from the location. It was determined to be a civil matter and the caller was advised to contact the landlord. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Hep pner that two teenage boys were skateboarding on the steps o f the E p isco p al Church. Avila was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman of three dogs run ning loose; the dogs were chasing the caller’s cats and ch asin g the n e ig h b o r’s calves. It was de termined it was a child play ing on the phone and there was no emergency. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrig on that her daughter was tex ting her sister advising she was being assaulted by her boyfriend and needs help. On another attempted call-back the line was busy. It was determined to be a misdial on a calling card. April 26: -M CSO received a report from a call er in Irrigon who was con cerned about certain horses not being fed well. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrig on regarding vehicles on their property; they wanted to know how to go about getting them removed. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Hep pner who advised a male subject called her regarding her Social Security and that today was the last day she could get a new card. -MCSO received a hang-up 911 call from a lo cation in Irrigon. It was de termined it was a misdial; the subject was trying to call a number in Umatilla. -M C SO , H eppner ambulance received a report from a caller in Heppner that he cut his hand and is bleed ing. The patient was trans ported to Kadlec Medical Center. -MCSO received a report from the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office that Delbert Dungan, 5 1, was ar rested on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/DUII. -MCSO deputy ar rested John Brandon Parad- iso, 28, on a Morrow Coun ty Circuit Court warrant for Parole Violation.
